This is the second one of these I've purchased. I got one for my wife in 2016, and she loved it. She loved it so much that she took it on trips all the time. She would take it to friends' homes. I wouldn't say she abused it, but it incurred a fair amount of wear and tear from travel. So, when the hinge that attached the mirror to the neck broke, it wasn't very surprising. So, for her birthday this year, I bought a replacement. It is more-or-less the same product as before, though I don't remember if the neck telescoped like it does now. She was thrilled to have the new one and will likely do with it what she did before. If we get another eight years from it, that will be legend. I can't tell you how she will review it, though she firmly believes it is worth the premium price we had to pay. She relies on it completely as her makeup mirror and uses it daily. Great product. Stylish design. Long lasting function. Will guy again when the time comes. Lean on other reviews for how it might be improved.

I really like these mirrors; I have purchased two of them. This one was purchased on Dec 2022 and in went bad on Sep 2023, starting to turn off and on randomly, then it will stay on by itself, and finally it will not power on. I called support and they put me thru a lot of hoops to prove that I was not an stupid human, or as they like to say simple human. They finally sent me a lable to ship it back, but no box. Then on March the same mirror failed, this time I tried to create a warranty claim in their website, which again, puts you through all kinds of stupid troubleshooting steps and then it does not actually allow you create a request for return. I tried emailing them back on the prior ticket with no response. I choose a different category on their webform to contact someone, because if you choose warranty claim, it sends you to the troubleshooting steps. They are in california and only respond during their business hours, which makes it very difficult for those of us in the east coast to call them. Finally they responded to my email requesting a video of the problem, and all the information I already provided such as my address and the serial number. A video??? seriously,?? a video of a product that does not turn on?? See attached video!

My mom owns this mirror and I tried it out while I was visiting. OMG!!! Such a HUGE improvement over the lighted makeup mirror I had been using for years! And, OMG, look at all those chin hairs I had missed! 😳 I had to have this mirror asap! This mirror is pricey but definitely worth the investment. The illumination is powerful and does an excellent job so small details can be seen in the high quality magnifying mirror. The mirror is rechargeable so it can be located away from an outlet if needed. The diameter of the mirror is appropriate. The base is smaller and takes up minimal room on a counter. The mirror conveniently tilts. The options for light intensity and motion detection to turn the light on/off are very useful.

Wonderful mirror had purchased a cheap one months ago , just terrible . My first mirror was simple human and I loved it so back to the best. You get what you pay for

The magnification on this mirror isn't strong enough but on a positive note the design and illumination is good I thought it was a little pricey for what you received

The mirror stopped working just after a year. Now it's too late to get a refund and I have not had luck contacting the manufacturer. This is unacceptable for the cost of this product.

At first I couldn’t figure out how to change the light settings, and I was very disappointed with the brightness and the warmth of the lighting. And then I noticed the adjusting mechanism along the edge of the mirror and have since discovered how to turn on the cool light setting and adjust the brightness. I now absolutely love my mirror.

I like the slimness of it and that it can be cordless, requiring charging after many hours of use. I especially love the natural light it emits. It makes putting on makeup flawless, as you just can’t get more natural light than this.

This mirror is worth every penny it's unbelievable it's the best mirror ever in my life . Don't hesitate to spend the money you will not be disappointed it's amazing !
