Fun and easy
I use this as a "warm-up" for my Supreme Tower Exercise Program and LOVE IT. Highly recommend. I have lower back issues and this little disc, in a very short period of time, has had a positive effect.

Too short!!
Great exercise, just too short. Only 6 minutes long. Wish it were 30 minutes. Overall, love the workout.
