UGREEN External Sound Card Audio Adapter USB to 3.5mm Jack TRRS Auxiliary Converter for Headphones and Microphone Compatible with PC, MacBook, PS5/4, Speakers

I have this plugged into a UGREEN USB switch/hub along with my keyboard and mouse receivers so that with one button I can switch controls and audio from my work laptop to my gaming computer. It's exactly what I've been looking for to be able to share the monitor-mounted soundbar (and passthrough to Bose headphones) with both, which is an oldy but a goody with just 1x 3.5mm input. There's no drivers, no hiss on my headphones and the sound quality is really good - at least as good as the on-board audio from my high end gaming motherboard and better than my laptop. I tried the Soundblaster X G1 and G3 before this and they did not sound better and they had all sorts of connectivity problems. This works every time on every switch between laptop and PC, and I'm flicking it back and forth regularly throughout the day. REALLY pleased and impressed with this as a way to share a 3.5mm soundbar/headphones across two devices, great sound quality. Also no lag, echo or audio problems using this to output my sound on the soundbar during video calls (with Razer Kiyo as the camera and mic) it all just works perfectly.

I have used this to connect a Rode Lavalier microphone to a PC and the input/output level is equivalent to another microphone that connects directly to USB. Has worked without any problem on Zoom and Webex conference calls. No setup or tinkering required.

does what its meant to, plugged it into my pc and it was recognised straight away. build quality is nice as its got a metal shell so i expect it to last. overall if you need an adapter like this then yeah it will do the job

The headphone socket on my laptop stopped working. This is an inexpensive workaround, just plug it in and go. Fantastic sound.

When I bought the card, the volume level is extremely low for the mic, I have checked all windows settings and it is definitely the USB adapter. Also when I physically mute on my headset, it then turns the whole windows sound off??? I am using a razer kraken headset. If you have this headset and are looking to get a USB headset, don't get this. Other than that its solid construction and does the job, would last well.

This save my pc , my last one was not valuable and reliable , the metal snapped on it and I honestly thought something was gonna explode , this is dongle is amazing for razer headset microphones for your high end gaming pcs ..

Tried on 4 Macs of different ages, works as an audio output but not as an audio input. I bought so I could use an external mixed Audio input for Teams/Zoom etc. If that's what it is supposed to do it doesn't. Just as another word of warning, doesn't show on a MacBook Air 2020 at all, input or output.

I got this to allow me to use an existing good quality pair of headphones with a iPad Pro 2021 and an iPhone SE 2020. When used in conjunction with a lightning to USB female cable or a USB-C to USB female cable, it just worked and gave very good sound quality. A feasible solution for those of us not prepared to use Apple's expensive and uncomfortable wireless headphones.

Antecedente: Armé una PC con una Motherboard Asus Prime. Problema: La salida de audio que tiene es pésima con un volumen insuficiente. Solución: Esta USB de Ugreen, amplifica el sonido y tiene una calidad asomborsa, volumen altísmo y bajos profundos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

UGreen è oramai un marchio affermato nel mondo degli adattatori, accessori, caricatori e chi ne ha più ne metta. Con questo adattatore ha fatto nuovamente centro. Se avete delle cuffie con jack a 4-pin (con 3 tacche), questo prodotto fa al caso vostro: uno dei 4-pin, infatti, è dedicato proprio al microfono. È pratico, funzionale e subito riconosciuto dal PC. Infatti, non è necessario installare nessun software aggiuntivo per utilizzarlo. L'ho testato con successo sia su Pc fisso, sia su portatile entrambi con Windows 10 aggiornato all'ultima versione. Secondo UGreen dovrebbe funzionare anche con versioni meno recenti di Windows, Mac OS X e Linux. L'adattatore è USB 2.0 ma non è un problema. Le porte più recenti (es. USB 3.0) sono retro-compatibili e funziona egregiamente. Controllate solo di avere una porta USB (type A - quella a forma rettangolare) disponibile. Sebbene sia ideato per funzionare solo con i jack classici delle cuffie da 3,5mm TRRS (a 4-pin ovvero con tripla tacchetta per intenderci), ho riscontrato che funziona ugualmente anche con i jack da 3,5cm TRS (a 3-pin ovvero con doppia tacca). Per quanto riguarda le dimensioni: 4,5cm di lunghezza totale (di cui solo 3,5cm una volta inserito nella porta USB): PERFETTO. Il guscio esterno dell'adattatore è in alluminio. È prodotto in Cina. Non ho riscontrato alcun odore particolare. #Cosa mi è piaciuto: i PRO# -L'audio riprodotto in cuffia è buono, senza rumori di sorta. -é possibile utilizzare anche il microfono degli auricolari: perfetto per conferenze su Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, registrazioni ecc. -è Plug&Play: basta inserirlo nella porta USB per essere riconosciuto immediatamente. -alta compatibilità con ambiente Windows, Mac e Linux: OTTIMO. -è piccolo, leggero e non ingombrante anche quando utilizzato su portatile. -in alluminio, restituisce un maggior feeling di qualità rispetto ad uno interamente in plastica. -ottimo prezzo/qualità offerto (Prezzo attuale e di acquisto: 13,99€) #Neutro# -viene fornito anche di istruzioni multilingua e tappo di plastica per coprire l'USB dell'adattatore (non necessarie tutto sommato). #Cosa non mi è piaciuto: I CONTRO# -Niente da segnalare. #Consigli e Risoluzione di Problemi audio# Se una volta inserito il connettore nella porta USB non sentite niente in cuffia o sembra non funzionare il microfono, provate a ( su Windows): 0)assicurarvi di aver inserito fin in fondo il jack delle cuffie nell'adattatore 1)Cliccate col tasto SINISTRO del mouse sull'icona dell'altoparlante in basso a destra (Figura A - Foto allegata) 2)Cliccate e aprite la tendina dei dispositivi disponibili (Figura B) e scegliete "Cuffie - Realtek USB 2.0) --- Se riscontrate ancora problemi con il MICROFONO: 3)Cliccate col tasto DESTRO sull'icona dell'altoparlante in basso a destra (Figura A - Foto allegata) e aprite le "Impostazioni audio" 4)Assicuratevi di impostare come dispositivo di INPUT il "Microfono - Realtek USB 2.0". N.B.: La qualità audio è influenzata anche dalla qualità delle cuffie che andrai ad utilizzare, così come il microfono. #Conclusioni# VOTO FINALE: 5 stelle su 5 (o 10/10) per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, la praticità, le dimensioni e la facilità di utilizzo: consigliato. Se il vostro pc ha problemi a riconoscere i vostri auricolari oppure necessitate di un unico ingresso per cuffie+microfono, questo adattatore fa proprio al caso vostro. Me compré recientemente un ordenador de sobremesa al que no podía conectar unos cascos que tenía ya que el ordenador tenía la entrada y salida de audio separada mientras que los cascos con auricular funcionaban mediante un solo jack, además, el cable de los cascos era demasiado corto para alcanzar a la parte trasera de la caja. Tras buscar varias soluciones terminé encontrando esta que resultó ser la más barata y mejor. Funciona sin tener que instalar ningín programa y no se pierde nada de calidad de sonido, ni de entrada ni de salida.
