Usually an item will have tons of great (and possibly fake) reviews and then the actual item is a total disappointment, but with this liner it's the exact opposite! At first I thought I might've gotten a dud, but this is my second order and both liners perform better than any other liquid liner that I've tried. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying brands like Stila, MAC, Kat Von D, you name it- all in a quest to find a liquid liner that is easy to apply, goes on opaque, and stays on throughout the day.This. Is. It. The brush tip is soft and tapered, yet surprisingly easy to apply (a great tip I learned is to always use short, precise strokes instead of trying to line the entire lid in one go). And boy, does this liner stay on through it all! I work long shifts where I'm always moving, and every other liner has smudged, flaked or disappeared. The Art-ki-tekt lasts through 8 hours with ease, and I have to use makeup remover to get it off. Once it dries, it's on until you take it off. I can even splash my face with water and pat dry with no smudging or fading, and that's absolutely amazing. Like any liquid liner, it doesn't apply well to the inner lash line and definitely not the waterline; that's what pencil liners are for! Lol no disrespect to the bad reviewers. I don’t know your lives! Lol but for real, this is like, the SEVENTH time I’m buying this Art-ki-tekt Waterproof Slim Eyeliner in Chromate. Chromate is the color of the eyeliner, not the actual ink itself. The ink is like a semi matte/satin black when dried. Anyway, I’ve been using it for more than a couple of years now. Simply put, this is the Bee’s Knees, the BOMB.COM and just thee very BEST liquid eyeliner I have ever used. My face and lids get oily and my eyes be watering out of nowhere all the time. And though other high end brands applied well and even looked great, the Art-ki-tekt eyeliner is the only one that stands the test of time, oily lids and watery eyes. And if you take care of it, it’ll last for good few months. The last one I bought was during the week of Christmas, last year. It is now March 29th, 2019 and I’m just NOW buying a new one. And I use this sucka everyday! However, I can see people who aren’t used to using liquid eyeliner having a problem with it. But, if you’re a professional liquid eyeliner user like me, BUY IT. You won’t regret it. Lol you can thank me later.

I love this eyeliner and have been using it for several years. It is extremely black and allows for the finest point. I have always purchased from the company website but they were sold out. The pricing was comparable to what I usually pay. The shipping was estimated at 12 days (longer than typical but COVID-19 has delayed everything) but arrived well before in only 5 days. I purchased two and my items were neatly and securely wrapped. I rarely write reviews but felt the desire because this experience went better than expected.

I heard about this on youtube and wanted to try it out. I ended up ordering 5+ liners to test. I used the back of my hand to test on and it transferred on my finger when dry and when water was used it smudged. Other than that, it looked pretty nice.

I am what you call a cosmetic junkie! I probably have every brand of eyeliner and have never found one that is easy to apply and one that doesnt smear until I received this in a beauty box! I no longer have to look!!! Seriously, this eyeliner is a must have! I can apply this at 5am and can wake up the next day and it still looks perfect! Thank you Amazon as I have not been able to find it in stores! I will definitely be ordering again and again!

This is one of those situations where I read the other reviews and am just so confused...are they all fake or paid for or what? Or do other make-up user have eyelids that are THAT different from mine? I don't get all the 5 stars! I've been wearing liquid liner for about 20 years and this was my least favorite kinda I've ever tried, including cheap supermarket stuff. Maybe it does work for some women, the pen is nice, it goes on well...but I have hooded eyelids and this stuff transfers like no other. I felt like I had to keep wiping my upper eyelids at least once an hour to make sure I wasn't walking around with a gray upper lid. I don't usually wear shadow but if I did, it would have been ruined quickly.If you have hooded eyelids or oily eyelids I would definitely pass on this one. I'm actually throwing it away it was that bad, and I never throw make up away (I have an entire drawer of 'just in case I run out of the better stuff' make-up and this isn't even going in there!).

I probably use this product 3 times/week and just a thin line on upper lashes. It still feels like there is a lot of product left, but it has totally dried up already. I bought another brand from Sephora for twice the price a week before and use it half as often and it is still going strong. I noticed this issue when I received it in a beauty box subscription, but assumed it was just a sample- so I would get more out of a full size purchase - NOPE 👎. Very disappointed with life of this product. Honestly, I have probably only used it 15- 20 times and it is open for what...maybe 20 seconds? That can’t be why the company expects people to be satisfied with.

This eyeliner is great for fine line eyeliner. Unfortunately once it's off, its not really gone. What I mean is that I would use make up remover to wipe off the eyeliner and all other make up but I would find black residual flakes that once touched, to take off would smudge on my face, on my nose or side of the face, or eyelid. Annoying, but does go on precise enough and easy. Would still buy again, but I would just keep the smudging in mind.

Really great product but it says it has a matte finish and it doesn't. That's the only reason I give it 4 stars. It applies very well, very black and it stays on.

Bought it after watching YouTube. Girl highly praised product. One I got was dry and only managed 3 application. And it was rubbing off so much . Save your money, never buy this.
