## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this work from the cats microchip orr do you need a collar and chip?**
A: This is just a magnetic catch to stop the door flapping around. You need a cat flap specifically designed for microchip only opening, a completely different thing. they usually cost around £60.

**Q: what is the size of the flap?**
A: Outer size: 7.56" (W) x 8.46" (H) x 2.17" (D)
Inner size: 6.18" (W) x 6.30" (H) x 2.17" (D)
Tis cat flap is suitable for cat lighter than 15.43 lb and waist circumference shorter than 15.75".

**Q: Is this cat flap suitable for double glazed window**
A: I would say no, as you would be breaking the seal of the air void in the double glazing.

**Q: Is there much of a draft coming through the door in the winter?**
A: Yes, it is fairly drafty, although this can be effected by other doorways you have and the immediate area outside of the catflap. It has a small amount of draft excluder around the door but none above, allowing cold air in with ease.
