**Q: What physical size are the softgels?**
A: One review said they were a whopping (and odd) 1909mg in size....that is about 600mg bigger than some of the biggest softgels on the market! Solgar's regular omega-3 (triglyceride form) is only 1,000mg in size. That's very workable. But 1909mg??? Yikes. I take 1,200mg salmon oil softgels and they are big enough. Good luck. Probably would have been better if they'd split the dose into two 1,000mg softgels instead of one giant softgel. But then, they couldn't cram all of those omega-3s into "one softgel." :)

I don’t have anything negative to say about this particular product because it was referred to me from my older sister and she told me that she’s been using it for years now for her osteoarthritis in her shoulders. When I developed the same thing I ordered right away and after three weeks I noticed that my shoulders were started to hurt less and less and I could actually sleep more and more! I’m not saying that all my pain is completely gone but it’s truly a big difference in what I’ve been through before I started using it. Update: It’s been Three months now and my pain is almost completely gone in my right shoulder! I tried to stop taking these capsules and the pain came back so I’m reordering!! There’s no taste to them, The effectiveness is genuine to me because I used myself as the test monkey! I won’t do that anymore. You will see the health benefits by using this product yourself if you choose to purchase it.
