Actually works, saved us a ton of money
I was skeptical because this option was a ton less expensive than getting a new key fob from our dealer or Ace hardware, but it was easy to program (I know nothing about cars) and it’s working great. We have a 2014 Chrysler town and country minivan.

Plan on another $95-280
After it arrived I thought I’d download app n off I’d go, wrong. You need a dealership or a locksmith. That means possible towing, tipping, $90 to 350.00 depending on what they run into to get it working. This was in no way clear. I was happy however to get them and get my car open and running.

Not what was advertised
This was advertised as a replacement for a key fob for a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country. When I took it to get programmed, I was told it was not compatible with the car. This product has no value.

great product in a fair price
i bought a Dodge with to remotes tat weren't in good shape. both of them.bought this item and after 10 minutes with a locksmith guy (and $130) i had 2 brand new remotes for my car. in overall, it costed me ~$150 for two remotes which is a fair price

Doesn't work fully
I bought these FOB replacements because I accidentally lost mine at an amusement park. I did have to go to the dealer to get it to work with my van. They did it for about $75. I will admit that the FOB does open the van doors and will start the engine as a key. But it will not work as a keyless starter like the original did. It's not a REAL big deal, but it's kind of sad that it is not fully operational on my van. But I should be grateful that it does work, the price was inexpensive for two of them, and I can now drive the van with it.

REMOTES FOR 2010 AND LATER CHRYSLER VEHICLES ---MUST---BE PROGRAMMED BY DEALER OR LOCKSMITH
SO FAR, ITEMS WORK LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. FOR 2010 AND LATER CHRYSLER VEHICLES THE REMOTES CANNOT BE PROGRAMMED BY CAR OWNER AND MUST BE TAKEN TO DEALER OR QUALIFIED LOCKSMITH. IF YOU TAKE THESE TO A LOCKSMITH AND THEY DO NOT PROGRAM (WORK) THE LOCKSMITH WILL CHARGE YOU FOR HIS SERVICES REGARDLESS. A LOCKSMITH WILL ONLY GUARENTEE THE REMOTES THEY SELL, THEY DO NOT PROGRAM FOR FREE REGARDLESS
