Great Product but not 30" x 36"
I love Attends Supersorb Advance Premium Underpads and have been using them for a while. My husband is a side sleeper and most nights his pull ups leak. No matter how bad the leak is, these underpads seem to absorb everything. I rated this product 4 stars only because the pads are NOT the size described. 30" x 36" is actually only 29 1/4" x 34" from edge to edge as shown in the pictures. Of course the absorbent area is even less as these dimensions include the non-absorbent edge material. I will change the rating if the description changes to be more accurate.

Higher end of same brand was better
The purple coloored higher priced attend product is overall a better value. The borders are more absorbany

Great product but expensive
This is used in the hospital where I work. It’s absorbent and strong enough to lift patient to reposition in bed. Much better than thin blue chux. It is expensive.

Durable and effective
Loved the durability of these pads. Did not wrinkle up and were also very effective as a draw sheet to move the patient as needed.

Wish I found sooner!
Very absorbent illuminated the need for diapers, this is what the hospital used. Very good.

Best for absorption & odor
We’ve tried many types of pads (aka chuxs) Personally, the 30x36 Attends Supersorb Advanced Premium(the ones being sold here) are by far the best on the market, in my opinion. They may be a little more costly, but are well worth it. The cheaper ones rip easily, aren’t as comfortable, slip easily, don’t absorb odors or fluid anywhere close to these, which will in turn cause you to use more, not protect the bedding as well & most importantly not protect the person hygienically. We’ve learned private insurance co’s, “original” Medicare doesn’t cover incontinence pads, possibly Medicaid may cover, otherwise you’re on your own. I’ve researched the prices & Amazon has the best prices even though the prices may fluctuate. So to protect the user from any other health complications these are my “go to” product. If you have an FSA acct. you can include these products.

Worth the Cost
I am thrilled with this product. I now see what others have been saying about paying a little more for these underpads than others, but they are well worth the price. They are extremely durable, comfortable and absorbent. Whereas I would have used 3-4 of a cheaper brand due to wear and tear, I am still using only 1 of the Attends. I will come out ahead in the long run.
