High in sugar, but my kids love it
This is pretty high in sugar (20g per cup) so I avoid it. But, I buy it for my kids and they love it. And I feel good that at least they're getting some probiotics from it. I prefer Nancy's (local for me, not sure of wider distribution) but this is a pretty solid Kefir.

My favorite of all kefirs
This is the best flavor of all the varieties. It’s not overwhelmingly sweet and has that tart flavor most kefirs lack. I wish it was easier to find.

Tastes Great
Lifeways wildberries kefir not only tastes great, this fermented milk drink also soothes the stomach. If my stomach feels a little off, I just drink a little kefir, and it works like magic. I never wanted to drink a fermented product, but was pleasantly surprised by the result.

Great tasting kefir, especially if you don't love the taste of regular kefir and drink it for the probiotic factor,reminds me of drinkable yogurt with a extra little tang. Hope this helps.

This Lifeway whole milk Coconut Honey kefir is DELICIOUS! Perfect balance of sweet and tangy with good coconut flavor. I like kefir because sometimes I don't want a whole yogurt, just a little something.
