Water heater
Bought this to replace an identical unit. It arrived on time , turned out not to be required and Iโve returned it. The identical units work well. Iโve used isolation valves in the water feed to reduce the water flow. Resultant water output hot and sufficient.

Good water heater for light use
Good water heater - used it to feed a kitchen sink that the unit is situated under, and a hand-basin in an adjacent room. Chose this one as 1. it heats the water direct, 2. did not need a Pressure Relief Valve in the plumbing configuration I used, and 3. I had an existing 6mm cable feed I could use. Flow is reasonable for the sink and it does deliver 'hot' water to the hand-basin in the adjacent room. Installation was pretty straightforward, though cable entry a bit tricky given you have to use a minimum of 6mm cable and it is a tight turn through the side of the unit and associated grommet to get it through the cable clip (it would have been easier if I had made this connection before securing the unit to the base unit).

Efficient
Great for heating water quickly without the need for a big boiler. Heater is efficient and is hidden away in a cupboard.

Don't expect hot water
This is basically a triton shower unit, no more or less. The flow required for a shower is less than that usually required at a tap for washing up etc. It can heat water to a reasonable degree but the flow is very small. OK for very occasional washing up or hand washing but keep your kettle close as you will need it. Its main attraction is that it doesn't use power until you need it, ie no tank. It could prove expensive to set up if your distribution board is a long way from the unit as it needs its own supply from the board, just the same as an electric shower.

Good little unit
Got this for water installation in my โshedโ as I wanted to have warm tap there. Especially when I do something and need to wash my hands without going to the house. For my application itโs enough, Iโm not sure if It would be enough for main hot water supply ? Always follow the instruction leaflet and use authorised electricians.
