Awesome as a gift
These were WAY nicer than expected for the price, I order 2 for gifts and as soon as they arrived I ordered another 3. The tin is a gift in itself and makes a great Christmas ornament, very very happy and hope the recipient's like them as much as I do

Nice scent. Not sickly or pungent.
Received one of these at Christmas and the scent was a house favourite so I'm glad I managed to find the same on amazon to replace the exhausted one.Great price too. Much nicer than some of the insipid scents you get for similar money.They also came in metal nutcracker tins which I will use next year as sweet containers for gifts

Pretty but fragrance is weak
Loved the look of these and the tin actually smells pleasant so I though once the the diffuser was opened up and the reeds put in, the fragrance would be strong but unless you stand over it and sniff, you can't smell a thing! I have a very strong sense of smell normally so if you don't have one, you've got no chance! Such a shame.

Such value for money.
What an unusual item this is!!The nutcracker itself is worth the money on its own without the large bottle of fragrance and sticks hidden away inside.Can't wait to give it to our friends at Christmas time.Just beautiful.

Great overall package
The infuser itself is great and smells good, if not exceptionally christmassy. The 'nutcracker' style tin it comes in is great fun and a good way to make sure it survives until next year, too!

Scent was not pleasant!
I ordered a couple of these as gifts. Lovely looking item but sadly the scent was vile. Made me feel Ill and one was for a pregnant relative so I felt i had to return them.

comes in lovely large nutcracker tin bargain
desription indicated tin likely as well as bottle shown so took a punt - and it arrived duly with a beautiful sizeable tin nutcrakeresque spodesque (spode sell the diffuser and wax lyrical are par tof portmeirion so hence the tie in/cross over - no packaging bar piece of bubble wrap but tin size and thickness meant arrived pristine

Waste of Money, Don't buy!
I purchased this believing I was going to get a Spode branded diffuser. As you can see from the image, just a plain bottle diffuser. A waste of money and not worth sending it back. "Only Spode is Spode"
