On screen the product shade looked dark brown but after receiving the shade looks very light brown. After checking with my old box the shade printed is 'NG' and i have bought shade '626B'. Please can you replace the product as what i have received is not of use to me. Please help me !!!

The product isn't the same as it is shown in the picture. And there is no refund option as well so suggest you not to waste your money in buying this
