At the lower setting, it is completely noiseless. The air delivery is very impressive, and good for personal cooling. I use it at office and with the AC, it cools a small room instantly. For India buyers: The product comes with 110v power supply. You have to use it with a transformer. Vornado does sell 220v in some countries, but the seller has not clarified on this. So check that before buying.

I purchased this product from Amazon.com and it was shipped to India. It is a great product to have. It has two speed settings. At the lower setting, it is completely noiseless. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this thing

I use this fan for two things, increasing circulation in my small bedroom in the Summer/Winter months, and an extra fan for my computer room in the summer. It excels at both of these tasks and is a lot of punch in a small package. It is incredibly easy to move around and is very mobile due to its small design and I have had zero issues with it thus far while leaving it on for days at a time occasionally. I love this little guy and I plan on getting a second one to act as a fan for my computer room so I don't have to move it around as much. My only "issue" is that there are only 2 modes for this model and the switch is on the back, would have liked a remote since the price is a bit of premium over other fans. Overall though, I would recommend this easily.
