SunGrow Leopard Gecko Cholla Wood, 5 Inches Long, Create Basking Spot, Artistic Home-Decor, Lizards and Bearded Dragons, 6-Pack

These are very sturdy and go perfect with my desert landscape. My leopard gecko loves to lay on them in one spot! I like buying natural products when I can, so these were a good addition.

Wish they were a little longer, but gecko enjoys them in her enclosure.

So they arrived and I was surprised to see that they were tiny (not tiny but smaller than expected) So I checked with a ruler right away. And I was surprised to see that they all are 5 inches in length one way or another. Some are slightly thicker than others, but they are mostly pretty thin (around 3/4 in to and inch) I would say since you get 6 in the pack, it is worth it to buy. They look pretty clean (as in no mold) they do have some dirt so you will need to boil these. I think they will work for what I needed them for. It is not very sheer, but the holes are pretty clear and I would bet that after a good long boil you could see through the holes.

I love this Cholla wood! They come in a pack of 3 (I have 2 of them in with our new tiny baby Mack Snow leopard gecko named Charlie we just got and the 1 other piece in with our chocolate albino leopard gecko Delta, so I think I'll be ordering more for our other Leo's named Blu's tank) I did soak them in very hot water they did have crumbly pieces from the inside of wood pieces but they look very nice in the tanks and give our geckos a natural habitat! Charlie our 2 month old baby I have the 2 pieces kinda stacked and she goes under them, the 1 I have in our adult Delta's tank is actually hiding the cord for her UTH thermostat. Overall I love the product and will be purchasing more! I think this is a great addition to any lizards tank!!

My yellow cherry shrimp love hiding and grazing around these logs. I had to boil them to get them clean and waterlogged enough for them to sink but that was easy, since they were small enough to put in my pot. They've started to grow these black dots but some research online makes me think those are just regular/beneficial bacterial colonies for the tank. Anyways, I know I boiled them so they must be fine.

I got these for my leopard geckos enclosure as enrichment she absolutely loves them and is constantly walking on them. Easy to clean

I am not sure I would order this again. It comes from overseas so I was worried about critters in the bag. The bag was chalky looking. We plan on putting it I the oven for a bit in case anything made it into the bag. I wouldn’t buy again.

They look great in the reptile enclosure.
