Garmindēzl LGV800 MT-S Truck Sat-nav with 8-Inch Display, Custom Truck Routing and Several Mounting Options

After testing this sorry excuse of a Gps for 2 days i found the following.1. IT has only 2Gb of Ram, it lags like crazy if you zoom out the map and i disabled all the useless apps that can be disabled including Bluetooth and sound.28 apps are constantly running on it taking up 90% of memory from the moment you first start it.It has many pointless features,(we can read the road signs btw) like elevation, weather, truck stops, and many more that anoy you constantly taking up half the screen and you have to reach for the device to hit X every time.Not to mention the big yellow line that takes up the upper screen with "Curve ahead" or "descending road" (because you're blind)Now for the most important part, Navigation.This GPS fails miserably at finding you a new route if you go of the motorway.It knows no shortcuts, and if there's a "B" road up ahead that you can safely take it will tell you to go back 10 miles and take the motorway.It does not matter that there are dozens of alternatives, some even faster.It will tell you to double back at every roundabout.That makes this sat nav pointless, as i only need it when I'm not on a motorway.It avoids even the "A" roads.If you need something to break when there's an unannounced diversion get this Nav.

Is really nice one, but look like are delays and that is annoying. When I change way, show me still I'm on previous route. That is bizarre for this money isn't accurate position.. Same once I had situation when sent me for lower bridge in Birmingham, and show very often wrong speed limit, and summertimes sent you through close road, but I don't know how mark this road and do, don't send me there road because it's closed....Don't buy only series D with digital transmitter in UK. Is horrible. Don't buy lgv800 mt-d. Always, only version mt-s. Just this is brilliant only this delays
