Its a nice size, chrome trash can. Very practical and useful for the kitchen or any other room in the house. Excellent price for the the quality. highly recommend it!

Opens slowly, so semi inconvenient. Lid holds in odors, so you get hit with the smell when it opens. I wish I'd opted for the more expensive option for speed of operation. Dog peed against it, which did not clear with soapy paper towel.

I like that I can turn the motion detection off and still have easy open of trash can. Easy to use motion detection by running hand over so you can throw something in the trash. Got to keep dogs out of trash and lid fits securely on can.

I bought this based on the volume it holds and assumed it would be as tall as my last one that wore out after ten years. It is too short. I have to bend over to wave my hand over the sensor, and I am only 5'8". I have also noticed that the hatch is slow to open. Bottom line, it is OK, but I like my previous one better.

After a couple months the lid only opens half way. Batteries were brand new. What's the point of having a hands free motion activated lid if I have to open the lid the rest of the way with my hand every time?

This is a great product, I have purchased it before and was happy. The motion sensor is a little too sensitive so it opens when people just walk by reducing battery life. So maybe the sensor needs to be less sensitive or the batteries need to be bigger? Still love it and I am thinking about buying another one for recycling.

this is a trim attractive trash receptacle - that fits well into any kitchen decor - easy assemble and the no touch design allows for sanitary disposable - it is fancier than I need but my daughter enjoys modern gadgets and it does facilitate easy disposal . Using the smaller 30 gal model nut that's sufficient for our use, no odors but too new to speak of any cleaning concerns - so far; so satisfied
