I take one rhodiola root capsule every morning on an empty stomach. By day 3, I felt the difference. I was less anxious (during presidential election week), and had more positive energy the majority of the day.I was already taking pantothenic acid, but it was not doing the job by itself. It works. This meaning it gives me energy. The problem is swallowing it. It is huge and gets stuck in my throat quite a bit. Then i am gagging and sometimes throwing up. So its not something I am sure that I will purchase again.

This stuff is the BEST for anxiety & depression! I suffer from both & would rather not take a drug for help. This helps me to feel calm & positive. I noticed that things that would normally set me off just roll off my back when I've taken this supplement. I LOVE it! I wish I had have found this supplement sooner.

I purchased this to help metabolize my stress better and hopefully to improve my hair loss. Ive only been taking it for a couple weeks and haven't noticed any difference in my hair but I really notice the energy boost I get after taking it in the morning. I'll probably continue just for that reason.

These little guys are about the easiest supplements I’ve tried. No aftertaste, easy to swallow, I’ve even taken them with some Omega 3 fish oils and the taste was super easy to work with. The package looks awesome, came in the mail super fast, I’ve never tried anything else from KOS but I am becoming a fan!

Nothing wrong with flavor or anything else. I think I'm unable to take them as I get a horrible headache about an hour later. I've stopped taking them but wanted to mention, may not be for everyone. Ask your doc first!
