Gloveworks Heavy Duty Industrial Grade Latex Powder-Free Gloves have palm thickness of 8 mils and a finger thickness of 8 mils and is 9.5" long from the tip of the middle finger to the edge of the beaded wrist cuff. Latex provides better elasticity than nitrile, chloroprene, or vinyl, and better puncture resistance than vinyl. This glove is suitable for use in the automotive industry or for other heavy-duty applications. The glove is textured on the fingertips, fingers, and palm for improved grip compared to gloves with textured fingers, particularly in wet conditions. This powder-free glove leaves no residue, reducing the risk of contamination compared to a powdered glove, making it suitable use for electronic components, forensic, and laboratory applications. It also complies with FDA regulations for food contact (21CFR, 170–199) and is suitable for use in the food service industry to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria and to help prevent cross-contamination during food preparation. This ambidextrous glove is beige. Disposable and limited-use gloves are used in medical, forensic, scientific, food service and industrial applications. Disposable gloves are commonly made from flexible materials such as latex, nitrile, chloroprene and vinyl. While most disposable gloves are designed for use on either hand, some can be purchased in hand-specific models. They are offered powdered or powder-free; silicone or silicone-free; chlorinated or non-chlorinated; coated or uncoated; with a standard- or extended-length cuff; sterile or non-sterile; and with textured or smooth fingers, fingertips and palms. Chemical resistance means the glove helps protect the hand from certain chemicals and varies by glove material. For information on the chemical resistance of this glove, consult the Ammex chemical resistance guide. Ammex distributes medical and industrial products such as gloves, first aid supplies, face masks and other protective coverings. The company, founded in 1988, is headquartered in Kent, WA.

Doesn't hold up well for automotive work
The price is right, but if you intend to use these for auto work then stick with nitrile material. These latex gloves seem to break down very quickly when coming into contact with oil despite their 8 mil thickness. Plus, the latex rubber smell is a bit unpleasant although the material didn't irritate my hands like some other latex gloves do.For non-auto work where they wouldn't be coming into contact with oil or harsh chemicals, I'd rate it higher due to the value.

Great
Very comfortable, fits well for dexterity, and strong against tears or holes.

Snug, and a bit delicate
Tear a bit easier than I had hoped, even when I'm trying to be careful with them. I normally take a 'large' size, and these fit a bit more snug than I like (this coming from an ex fab-rat who had to wear these for 8 hours a day, so I'm not unfamiliar with working while wearing latex gloves).

Very durable!
It seems like every time I use latex gloves while handling something extremely detrimental to my health I end up with a giant hole in my glove and said detriment all over my skin.To try and avoid this common occurrence I decided to try a thicker, heavier duty glove while maintaining the dexterity of the thinner gloves I was used to. These provided the best of both worlds! Fit is great, thickness and durability is perfect AND they're cheap! Very satisfied with this product.

Best Gloves For Automotive work
Love these. Previously used the flimisier blue nitrile ones. You get more per box with those but these are far superior. No chemical has managed to eat these and they're tough and work well for working on cars and bikes. I'll buy these in the future but since they're so durable I won't have to buy for quite a while.

Truly good gloves--pliable, thick, powder-free and so much better than the hundreds of disposable gloves on the market.
To make my review as helpful as possible for you, I'll keep my review of these gloves quick and to the point. In my quest to find the best disposable gloves for a wide array of household projects, I have gone through many different brands and many different materials--vinyl, latex, nitrile, and I must say, along with the bright orange Gloveworks nitrile gloves, these wonderfully thick, pliable, and easy to put on gloves are perfect for every chore I've thrown at them. It would be silly of me to go into all of the pros and cons as so many other reviewers like to do, because, after all, we're just talking about a simple pair of disposable gloves. Not a whole lot to talk about, other than the fact that you cannot go wrong with this product. The gloves hold up so much better than any other glove in its class, and quite simply, these gloves will not disappoint you, and if you are as persnickety about gloves as me, I can say with certainty that you will be incredibly pleased if you were to buy these gloves. There is no need to look any farther--buy these gloves, and I'm sure you will be happy you did so. They come to 100 per box, and while I normally wear large gloves, I find the medium size fitsperfectly snugly--In fact, as an experiment, I'm typing this review while wearing the gloves (and if I had an extra set of hands, I'd take a picture so you could see how nice and snug they really are--Darn, I feel like a neuro surgeon wearing these things!)Finally, I'm relatively new to writing reviews for products I've purchased on Amazon; so if my review helped you make a decision about which box of gloves to purchase; or if you simply found what I wrote helpful in some way, will you please click the "yes" button so I can gauge how helpful my review has been to my fellow Amazon shoppers.

A great disposable shop glove!
My husband uses a lot of chemicals and needed a glove that would not break instantly. These have been amazing for him. Nice fit on the hand with a decent grip and strong enough to use with his painting chemicals.

Way too big
I ordered large and these were bigger (we compared) than 2x gloves which defeats the purpose because they kept coming off easily. They had yellow dye stains and looked cheap. The only positive thing I can say is they did not tear easily.
