Yes. You'll have to make 6 to 8 scores. You need to cut about halfway through. Put it on the edge of a table top and snap it.

Q: will this cut .06" thick abs plastic, and can it be used to make curved and/or fine detail cuts?

I have used it to score and break acrylic plastic (not abs) that is thicker. I've only used for scoring straight lines. I don't think it can do detailed cuts.

No. Straight cuts only.., possibly a very, very slight curve.

Q: Can this be used to cut polycarbonate twinwall?

I bought to cut plexiglass. Didn't do a good job

Funciona muy bien

Excelente cuter solo que si hay que echarle ganas dándole varias pasadas hasta que hace un surco que permita la separación. Yo lo use para un acrílico grueso y funciono Perfecto!Hay que hacer muy bien los primeros trazados para que haga una guía fácil de seguir. Yo utilice una regla metálica para los primeros 8 trazos. Se necesita paciencia, pero finalmente se logra el corte.
