I am not very good at going to sleep or sleeping through the night and I have tried many things to help. Recently I've wanted to use more natural remedies and a friend recommended this gem to me. The instructions say to take 1-6 drops depending on your sensitivity. I would recommend starting low and working your way up. I did not listen and took 6 drops my first time taking these. I fell into the thickest most sound sleep I think I have ever experienced. There could've been an explosion next door and I would not have twitched. After getting a full 10 hours of sleep I ended up sleeping through my alarm and waking up wondering if I had gone into hibernation. I cannot recommend these drops enough, just don't start out at 6 drops.

I love this product. Been using it for years. Lasts a long time despite the small size. Really helps me get to sleep. No grogginess in the morning. Gave some to my 79 year old mom who loves it now too.

My daughter is away at college and having extreme issues sleeping. She feels they help her fall asleep faster and sleep longer, and in some cases also get deeper sleep.

Dosnt work.

This stuff works for me. Easy to take and nothung over the next day. I will buy again.

Can't believe how well this works for me. I have tried most teas, herbal medications and even prescription. This really is what works best for me.

I sleep much better when I take this!
