Quite well filled cushion that gives support but enough give to be comfortable. This projects forward quite a bit and as the backrest on my front seats are fairly low it presses against the top of the shoulder, there is insufficient space between top of backrest and head rest to achieve effective neck support. However my rear seats are taller and it works well for rear passengers.
