My kids love this tracker and that's what matters! Bonus for excellent customer service!
We purchased a couple of these for my kids last month after having heard them talk about their friends' fitness trackers, though we definitely didn't want to spend Fitbit-level prices if they ended up wearing them for a week and then magically getting bored with them and forgetting to put them on after that. When I found the BIGGERFIVE Vigor, it really seemed to fit the bill for what we wanted - visually fun for the kids, step counter, heart rate monitor, etc. - and at an absolutely perfect price point. It's worked fantastically at motivating both kids to stay active, even going out for walks in the morning to get a jump on their step count for the day.The mobile app isn't anything flashy, but honestly, it really doesn't need to be and it gives all the info my kids want to see - battery life, daily step count history, etc.Charging is so easy with these trackers that both my kids have no problem with it and have never suffered from an unexpectedly dead battery. Just gets removed from the band (which, admittedly, takes a bit of work to do at first, but gets easier over time and with more practice) and one end of the tracker has a USB plug that can be plugged into any USB port for charging - my kids use the USB port on the backs of their alarm clocks. I can't speak to the battery life because my kids have been so good at keeping them charged up, but IIRC, my son's had gotten down to maybe 20% at one point after 5-6 days of no charge, so that should give you some idea as to the battery life - you should be able to get close to a week's use on a full charge with normal kid-related activity. Now, my son being the daredevil that he is, had a bit of a spill last week and unfortunately scuffed up the display and scraped the plastic edges of the tracker pretty good. He was pretty upset because he loves this tracker, so I thought I'd contact support on the off-chance something like this might be covered under warranty (I work in tech support, so I know certain bits of inflicted damage can be hit or miss when it comes to warranty claims), fully expecting to be told that it wasn't covered and I would just bite the bullet and purchase a new tracker for my son.Imagine my surprise when support got back to me very quickly and asked for some photos of the damage to check, order number from Amazon, etc. - I reiterated to them that I would totally understand if it wasn't eligible for a warranty claim - and they got back to me quickly again asking for my shipping address to send a new tracker. This is the kind of customer support I absolutely love and makes me confident that my decision to get these trackers for my kids was the right one.UPDATE 9/11/21:So last week on my daughter's tracker, the display started glitching out - dim with digital distortion. Powercycled it and it came back briefly, then failed out again. Given my previous interaction with customer support for BiggerFive, I had confidence that we'd be able to get it replaced within warranty. Sent them an email describing the issue, troubleshooting steps taken to resolve, images of the faulty display and also a screencap of the original Amazon order. Within the next day, they let me know that they could have a replacement out ASAP, fulfilled by Amazon. Got the replacement within mere days of my original interaction and my daughter is pleased as punch. Great to see customer service that stands behind their product not just once, but twice with us. My kids appreciate it!

Great Customer Service
My daughter's watch stopped working after about 3 months. It was great until the screen stopped working. I reached out to the company and they were very responsive and helpful. They sent me a new watch immediately, and so far it is working beautifully. I can't give a 5 star review, because the first watch broke with light use after 3 months, but I gave 4 stars because the new watch is great and customer service was top notch. Hopefully I can circle back around and update to 5 stars once we've had more time to assess the replacement.

A lot of things don't work well
Dislikes:- The app is pretty terrible. It doesn't seem to store/save data and my son has had to restart it no exaggeration every single time we want to look at updated data. It got worse and worse over time. It wasn't like that in the beginning.- Doesn't seem to track sleep. Again, it may be the app, or the watch, but it doesn't always collect the sleep data even though my son has it pretty snug on his wrist.- The watch will just turn itself off, even if there's still 20% battery charge left. It will take a while to get it to turn back on. This was also something recent, it wasn't like that in the beginning.- Step counter is actually significantly off. Most step counters are off, but just be aware that this one doesn't count nearly as many steps as what was actually taken, even when being cognizant of arm swinging in order to get it to track better.- Battery life is pretty short, lasts only about 3 days.- Now that we're a couple months into the product, even though it's clearly defective or bad quality, they won't allow a return or exchange for what would hopefully be a non defective watch.Likes:- Seemed to have potential- The app UI and UX was pretty fine visually speaking, just wish the app wasn't so buggy to the point of being literally useless.

Kid's watch
Functions are good for kids to use and keep track of their activities. Although the material is not as strong or durable as I hope. The band broke only after my kid has been using it for 3 months. And it's also not user friendly as you need to setup and maintain it using a phone app.
