Black & Decker LCS20 16-20 Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Battery Charger

I needed an extra charger for the extra battery I purchased because my yard is too large for one battery charge. I can now use my tool whenever I want for as long as I want.

As I said in my rating of the batteries needed, I wish I could have gotten this as part of a package instead of separately. The unit blinks while charging and becomes steady when done. You do not have to take the battery out of the charger when done. It does not create a memory as does older batteries..

I was shopping around Amazon.com for an additional battery charger for my 18V Black and Decker battery when I came across the LSC20 battery charger. Based on the title of the product it seems as if it is compatible with 16V-20V Black and Decker batteries. However this product will only charge 16V or 20V Black and Decker lithium batteries. It will not charge 18V Black and Decker lithium batteries. If you are looking for an 18V lithium charger you should search for the product code BDLC18, which is the product ID of the newest 18V Black and Decker lithium battery charger.

This rocks, charges by dead batteries in no time flat, so I'm back to my home projects in no time. Price was definitely well worth it. Told my father the price who works at a Home Improvement store and couldn't believe the price. Two thimbs up for this charger. Thanks Black and Decker!

Only had it a month, it is working fine. Don't know how long it will last original one lasted about 12 months.

We now have a charger for all of our Black and Decker products. It is the only way to go. No waiting for something to charge. It is nice they do not take up a lot of space on my work bench.
