I have suffered with heavy periods for a number of years now and more recently as I am in peri menopause they are prolonged sometimes even for weeks on end. I searched the internet for natural remedies and came across SP. I was in my period when it arrived and started taking it straight away. My period ended after 5 days which hasnt happened for some time. I am currently on my second cycle and on holiday and didn’t want to have a heavy period on holiday. I started taking it a couple of days before the due date and there was some slight spotting however I have continued to take it and there is no bleeding. Would highly recommend for any woman who suffers from heavy or long periods. I also have a mirena coil fitted 3 years and that didn’t help my periods

For the past year I have suffered from fibroids and ovarian cysts my periods are so heavy that I can’t leave the house for the first three days. I’ve had to have two blood transfusions because of severe blood loss. I’ve been taking it three times a day for 2 weeks and it works. My last period was much lighter than normal, I didn’t leave the house just in case, but there were no leaks or flooding and changing pads every hour. It was a very normal flow.

I bought this as I was suffering from heavy bleeding. Most of the reviews were positive and people claimed that their bleeding stopped within 3-5 days however, this wasn't the case for me. It didn't help me at all and it's a shame as it's quite expensive and I wasted money buying this product. I just wanted to note that I have fibroids and a polyp so I'm not sure if those issues may have caused the product not to work but someone who reviewed this product had similar issues to me and it worked for them. So I guess it may work for some and not for others.

As many of the reviewers, I’m a late 40s woman with heavy periods.. Well, this stuff works - I would say my flow is halved. I’ve tried various other medical options & medicines to no avail. I’ve experienced my first normal period in years. This might also help manage anaemia too with lighter periods.Doseage - Took 15 drops in the couple of days leading up to my period, then 20-30 drops three times a day under the tongue for the first couple of days of period & tapered off to 10-15 drops x 3 in final day or two.I treat herbal medicine with caution, so definitely start with lower doses til you find what works for you. I wish the health industry and western medicine would do more research into this so that we could access more options through GPs or at least have more knowledge about what is out there to help.The instructions suggested a dose range (I think it’s up to 120 drops per day as max dose). J'ai trouvé ce produit sur Amazon. En période de préménopause j'ai des règles hémorragiques qui durent. Ce produit est arrivé vendredi soir, j'ai vu tout de suite la différence en moins de deux jours. Je continue à en prendre en attendant que cela cesse complètement.
