Skytech 9800323 SKY-3002 Fireplace Remote Control with Timer/Thermostat

We purchased this unit not sure if it would be suitable but it certainly was suitable. We fitted the unit ourselves - the directions were easy enough and the unit operates the gas log fire unit perfectly. We are very happy with the unit. It would have cost us over $300 if we had have had it fitted by the Company that fitted the gas log fire unit so we saved approx. $100.00

Hope it lasts longer then the original control system which was also a sky tech product. The original control system was really bad. Expected more on a $6000 Napoleon fireplace. Oh well. Everything works much better now.

Put one on my fireplace and on on my Dad's. Thermostat works well and controller is easy to use. Factory set 2 degree differential works well to curb over-cycling of FP.

The remote I was replacing had a back light in the display. Not a big deal but I prefer it.

good item, works on all prompts except won't turn my android box on. everything else works great.
