Is this machine hard to set up? I read some reviews saying instructions are unclear.

Most customers now set it up in under 10 minutes. No WiFi is required for basic operation – just plug in, add oil, and turn on.

Why won’t the app connect to my WiFi?

Please make sure you are using 2.4GHz WiFi (5GHz is not supported). . Our app has been updated with a guided troubleshooting section. If issues persist, please do with video setup video

Some people said the machine stopped working after a few months. Is it reliable?

We stand behind our product. The KS-2000 uses an industrial‑grade pump with over‑heat shutoff. Over 90% of our customers report no issues in the first 2 years. For any defect, just message us through Amazon.

Can I use it without connecting to HVAC?

Yes. It works as a standalone unit – just place it on a table or mount on a wall. The HVAC connection kit is included for those who want whole‑house distribution, but it’s optional

How long does the 800ml bottle last?

At medium intensity, 12 hours/day, it lasts 2–3 months. Compared to small 100ml diffusers that run out every week, this saves you significant time and money.
