Lots to do!
My husband and I were looking for and exersaucer that had a good amount of activities on top for our daughter and this one is great because it is gender neutral. We look for more gender neutral things because we want to keep it for our next child. Our daughter loves this and we love seeing the progression she makes with each toy and bouncing up and down. We are just now getting to the point where we will have to change it to a table instead of a seat. She's a little over 9 months and is standing in it versus sitting. All the other exersaucers that we looked at didn't transform into a table that she can use after she's past that sitting age. This fact alone makes it worth the money as it grows with her and therefore lasts longer. Each toy is great for different reasons. There are only two things that might be wrong with ours but it isn't that big of a deal so I never worried about it. The ribbon on the birds head frayed quickly but I just cut it a little when it did that. To me, not really a big deal. The parrot on the branch toy never fit in the slot perfectly. It was loose so when my daughter would focus on that toy, it would end up bending towards her as if it was coming out and then with more play it would just completely come out and fall to the floor. Again, not that big of a deal to me, you can just put it back again. It took a couple minutes to fully assemble but it wasn't too difficult. It does take up a little room which is sort of a problem for us as well don't have much space to begin with but I won't lower my rating for that because I knew it was going to be fairly big when I ordered it. Overall, great product and I would recommend to anyone looking to entertain a child while you can keep your hands free to get something else done.

It has so many things that my daughter loved in her Bright Start Jungle activity Gym
Researched many of these and this was the one I decided to go with. It has so many things that my daughter loved in her Bright Start Jungle activity Gym. I used to be a skills developer and looking at this I could see many pro's compared to others as well. So I went for it. It was cheaper on here than at the store. So I bought it with my prime account and me and my husband put it together. If you are no stranger to putting items together it is as easy as pie. It looked more complicated than it really was. The directions has it for newborn up but we wanted the saucer so it is stage II directions. I use the mat for her to get belly time still. She was 3 1/2 months when I ordered it. She was wearing 6 month clothes though and we had to start it on the second notch. She has progressed so much since getting it. She hated belly time and wanted to stand but not crawl. So this item was perfect for her. She has a blast and I put her in it 2 to 3 times a day. She has a blast while she is in it. I don't leave her in it more than 15 minutes right now but I let her get in 2 to 3 times a day. I noticed the difference in her skill development of fine and gross motor skills immediately. After one week she was much stronger. She was a little behind on gross motor due to her not liking belly time. But this solved that. I like that I can turn it into a work bench later on too. But for this month alone it was totally worth it! She has something that has peaked her interest in play and challenges her physically. This item is AWESOME!

Lasting fun for your lovely child! Will last a long time very durable.
We have bought 4 of these over the years...we have 4 children and always look for new fun toys for our newborn. Evenflow did a great job with the quality and stability of this Exersaucer. Our 4 month old already loves it. Has really fun sounds that remind you of Caribbean. Even our 5 year old wanted to play in it but he was to bug of course. 😀 Took about an hour to put together because has a number of springs and screws but overall easy to put together. Follow the great instructions and its a breeze! Make sure you have about 8 AAA batteries and a Philips heads screw driver. I found it was easier to put together on a table rather then on the floor. Anyhow, will post pictures in a day or two but wanted to share in case anyone was thinking about this. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift for our baby girl but I couldn't resist giving it to her soon as it came in the mail. 😀Great buy and excellent fast shipping as always Amazon.

Baby took a while to warm up to it
LO got this as an early Christmas present. DH put it together and he recommends a power screwdriver. He said without that, pushing down the springs while trying to manually tighten the screws would have been a two person job. I would suggest making sure not to over tighten when using the power drill. Set up was pretty quick -- maybe 30-45 minutes? The toys sit in predetermined niches on the play table area and the extra play mat is separate. LO received this when she was about 3.5 months. So far we have used the tummy time mat and the Excersaucer parts. Review on both: * Play Mat & Overhanging Toys - The mat has little bit of padding to it which is nice if you have hard floor surfaces - The bases for the overhanging toys are not so good if your baby is rolling-- they are light weight and move all directions if they are hit. This is true if your baby is strong enough to grab the butterflies and pull. LO did sit under it for a while, but not as interactive as her other two play mat. I would recommend this almost as a travel play mat, but not your primary one-- not entertaining enough. We now use the mat for straight floor play and tummy time. - The design is fun and interesting. LO tries to grab at the animal pattern. * Excersaucer - LO did not like her first sit in the excersaucer. I do not think she understood what to do or how the toys worked. I put it in her play routine to acclimate her to it. After about a week she would grab the dragonfly and try to reach for the butterflies. - It took her another two weeks to learn how to swivel, but for some reason, she only swivels to the left (like Zoolander, lol). But she will probably learn the other way soon. Once she figured out to move, she swiveled around to each little station. - The three level changes are easy to adjust. We had her on the second notch when we got it, but she didn't understand that it was more than just a seat, so we had to lower it. Once we lowered it, she could stand and sit, then move the seat around. She is now on the second level and moves at ease. LO is about 26" and she can stand flat footed on the level 2 notch. - The toys are entertaining enough, but she does get bored with a longer sit. The iguana is motion activated and sometimes will go off if the baby moves too much. I put extra toys in the voids so she has ones she can pick up and put into her mouth. - All the toys have an off switch. Buy batteries. They haven't died yet (one month in), but three of the toys require them. - The globe toy rotates. We didn't know this at first, and LO would hit the same gorilla one over and over and over again. Now we turned the earth, and we get to hear the cat over and over again, lol. - The monkeys are okay. LO has not figured out they can go to the other side. She just likes to hit them on the bottom. One note, I had one of the monkeys at the top, and then forgot. LO started batting at the other monkey at the bottom and the top monkey followed the track and squished her little fingers. It was my fault, but I could see once she learns how to slide them this might become an issue. - The parrot on a tree is one of her favorites to spin, however, when she is facing away from the parrot and sometimes jumps back, it has come close to hitting her in the head. Make sure it is pointed to the sides when not playing with it. - The dragonfly just sits there and she loves it. She bends it almost out of the base to try to get it into her mouth. - The butterflies she cannot reach yet. Maybe when she gets taller. - Make sure to take the cardboard collar off from around the blue bird. We did not know that it squeaked when depressed (we just found out this yesterday after owning it for a month). Overall, I would recommend. I was worried at first since she did not warm up to it all that quickly, but now she happily plays in it for about 20 minutes. LO is still too young for the stand-up part, so I cannot review that.

Fun, Transitional Toy from Infant to Toddler!
I purchased this for my son who is 4 months old and is sitting (assisted). First, I love that's it transitions as baby grows from infant to toddler. I also love that it has so many different activities and keeps baby interested and stimulated. From sounds, lights, rattles, crinkles, and bright colors, it's a fun and intriguing exersaucer! A couple of things that keep me from giving this 5 stars: A LOT of assembly required! Although you can get everything put together with just a basic Phillips head screwdriver, there are a lot of small parts to put together to get this thing ready to go. My husband is great at building things and is usually very fast and it took us almost an hour to assemble! Second, there are three attachments that take 3 AAA batteries for lights/sound. Glad I had these on hand, but that's a lot of batteries!! Third, I know they call this "Triple Fun" but it should really be "Double Fun"...the little mat is comes with to use as an activity gym for a young baby (< 3 months) really shouldn't count. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase and know my son will have months and months of play with this exersaucer, which, as most parents know, is a great investment since babies grow out of everything so fast!

Ingenious!
Gave this play center, Life in the Amazon, as a gift to my nephew's son, who is six months old, now. We actually had it delivered to my nephew and niece-in-law, before their baby was born. We wanted to give them plenty of time to build it. Not only is this playground a fantastic developmental aid, physically and intellectually, but it also serves as the perfect baby-sitter if you have to put the child down for a few minutes. The little guy is a cutie-pie and is always surrounded by relatives, who also enjoy playing with the exersaucer by Evenflo. I noticed, however, that the little angel would cringe and make a frowny-face whenever we rocked the parrot on the perch, which makes a sharp clacking sound. His hearing is developing, and we fear this noise might be hurting him, and better left for him to discover at a later time--when he has the strength to pull on the parrot' s tail, himself. He can still swing the perch in and out. Life in the Amazon should definitely win awards for beauty, creativity, and transformational development. Kudos to it's inventor! Genius! My husband thought it would be cool if roller casters could be attached to the feet, so that it could be transformed into a baby walker, when the time comes! But, we will leave that up to the experts! Thank you, Evenflo!

RED! YELLOW! AND BLUUUUUUUUUUUE!!!!!
My son LOVED LOVED LOVED this..... until he was 7 months old, LOL!!! Aside from this little nugget of personal experience, I would highly recommend this product as it will keep your child entertained so that you may get some tasks done around the house. We got this when he was 4 months old and it was well worth the money. Many people complain that this is difficult to set up at a certain point, but I did not have any such problem. I just followed the instructions and used a bit of logic to accomplish the task. PROS: + colors are playful and fun (subjective) + the toys are a good mix of sound, texture, and helps with dexterity, etc. My wife approves since she is a teacher and knows more about what children need, so there! + the bounce factor is AWESOME! He LOVED it! + Adjustable legs for the growing babe + multiple toys + initial "play mat" setup for very young babes, then converts to the upright bounce center for babes that can hold their heads up + lots of songs and sounds CONS: - RED! YELLOW! AND BLUUUUUUUUUE!!! You will hear this GD song over and over and over! I have no idea if my child hates it or loves it as he happily bounces away. The Blue Chameleon sings this song over and over and I have no idea how it is supposed to be triggered! You merely bump into the Exersaucer and there it goes again. - magnet for pet fur. What child toy isn't? But the material it is made of tends to attract dog hair - The useless birds in the back: one is a horn, one is a rattle, and one is supposed to be a drum, but you can't really drum on it as it doesn't have a reflexive surface. He ignores these toys. In closing, I would HIGHLY recommend you get this as soon as you have your child so that it could be used to its full potential (play mat to exersaucer). It will keep your little one entertained and quite busy so you can do what you need to around the house. But Caveat Emptor: "Red, Yellow, Blue" will haunt you! Have fun!

Loved this exersaucer
We bought this for our daughter for Christmas when she was 6 months old. She was too big to use the play-mat part of the "triple fun" but LOVED the exersaucer part and the stand and move function. The exersaucer was relatively easy to put together (I love assembling my daughters toys so take this with a grain of salt) and only took about 15-20 minutes to take from the box to playing with. It comes with several activities that the little one loved. The songs were catchy and didn't get old which is a problem with many children's toys. There were activities that she could use right away as a 6 month old, but also activities that took her a little while to catch on to. Our daughter is tall for her age, so she was able to use the exersaucer safely until she was just over 1 year old. At that point she was starting to cruise furniture so it made sense to move to the stand and move function. It was a little tough to transition from the exersaucer to the stand and move function of the toy, but once this transition is made, you shouldn't have to transition back. It is fairly sturdy once it is in place. Overall, we would definitely buy this product again as it was able to keep our little ones attention with the various activities without driving us insane.
