Very Impressed!
Overall, I'm very impressed with this monitor stand. It's very sturdy, well-made, fully functional, and good-looking. Everything about this thing shows quality. The only gripe I might have is that it sticks out a little further than I anticipated, but that's not really a bad thing. In fact, I'm glad that I don't have to lean forward to read small text, anymore.I also didn't realize it was going to ship from the UK, but it arrived promptly, and in great condition. The outer package was a little beat up, but because of the way it was packed internally, there wasn't a scratch on the contents. They really did an excellent job on that, plus everything else. I couldn't be happier. Also, I didn't know that they were including an extra middle piece, in case you don't need the adjustable arm. I ended up using the other style, after all. So, I'm glad they threw other style in there with it, because I would've been less satisfied with the end result. So, I guess they really exceeded my expectations. That's such a rare thing to be able to say.I would strongly recommend this product to others.

A Special Breed for a First Time Buyer
Swivel = Left and right. As if you were turning your head to scan the horizonTilt = Up and down. Like how one looks up at a tall building or down a deep canyonRotate = In the sense that you would like to display landscape widescreen videos and portrait letter sized documentsI was looking for an arm that allowed for full rotation and tilt. This arm seemed to be the only one that offered that sans the 5° downward tile. I would have been the first to buy this, so you'll understand my hesitation. Fortunately, as a first time buyer, it was everything I could have hoped for.The materials to mount a 75 or a 100 VESA were all there, screws and everything. They even included the Allen wrenches to adjust tensions; all you need is a screwdriver. It clamps to the side of your desk so you need about 3 inches of overhang (mines is in the corner). An annoyance here (which is present in other competitors, I hear) is that the dial to tighten the clamp is a smidge wider than the clamp. Interestingly, after a few turns, the dial stops hitting the side of your desk, but it's still an inconvenience.Another no-no is the tensioning. There doesn't seem to be one for the rotation hinge, so if you have a wierdo monitor whose manufacturer puts the VESA mount off center (ahem, Samsung) you'll have more than your fill of trouble trying to get it to stay in portrait mode.A lesser no-no is the tension in the swivel. You can adjust, but it seems that the natural motion of swiveling your monitor will eventually undo your tension setting. Mostly a non-issue for me, but still apparent. In the end, it is still a solid choice at a very fair price and I enjoy using the product.

Great monitor stand
This monitor stand ended up being great! It sticks out (the arms are longer) than I expected. But that’s a good thing for me. It is really sturdy. We used the extra arm for the middle section. I have two 22 in monitors and one 24 in which is in the middle. Assembly instructions were lacking but I think most are lacking. I would recommend this to others.

Good product
Really like the product so far. Assembly was pretty straight forward and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The springs on the arms were actually a little too strong for my 24" LED monitors at lowest tension, but I gather after a little use it will be fine. It's prefect on the 27". Spaceing and maneuvering the monitors is easy once everything is mounted up. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a 2x2 mounting solution.

Very nice arm.
I've had this thing for a long while now and I'm pretty satisfied with it. I have three monitors of different sizes, and this was great for being able to position them at different heights so that they could line up with each other. They can be a pain to disassemble, but it's very sturdy, customizable, works with different weighted/sized monitors. Worth getting for sure.

Great triple monitor mount
This mount works great for my set up. It comes with three arms and an additional short mount plate in case the middle arm isn’t desired. I’m using the two side arms and neither of the middle options due to the space my desk’s proximity to the walls. This has all the features that one would expect from a monitor mount and I’m happy I got this one.

3 monitor mounting bracket
Nice product that support 3 monitors. Can be adjusted to different highlights.Has a problem with heavy monitors like LCD, that the arm tend to go down. Adjusting the screws dies not help. Also to have all the 3 monitors in one line, you have to use about 1 ft on the back, so the arms can fold back

Great. But Have Solution to Drooping Problem.
Pros:* Good Build* Reasonable Price* Flexible Arrangements* Tools Included* Elmij Technology Seller SupportCons:* Specified Monitor SupportThere are many detailed reviews for the pros of the Duronic DM552 Monitor Stand, so wanted to highlight a big downside of the product. In short, support for 27" monitors, but with a solution. My monitors fall within the 27" and 7.8kg supported specs. On first assembly the monitors held in place but were noticably sensitive to rotating forwards if touched. Then after two months one of the monitors started to rotate forwards. There was no further allowance for tightening adjustment, the rotatable hinge nearest the VESA plate just couldn't keep the weight of my 5.8kg monitors.I contacted both Duronic and Elmij Technology, both of whom offered responses and keenness to help. It was only Elmij Technology however, that sent me replacement VESA hinge parts, quite quickly too.The replacement parts were identical and have the same problem. So I took it upon myself to wedge the hinge to max at 90 degrees, which is as far as I personally need it to rotate (which works for portrait and landscape rotation). Simply using 36mm wood part as a wedge and taping it to the hinge bracket, is sufficient to fix the problem, without defacing or tampering with the product.Hope this helps people in similar situations. Ideally adding a thumb-screw bolt in a similar location to the wedge I used, would provide the closest amendment to the manufactured design. Otherwise, use a wedge.

Have bought dozens of these over the years. Still going strong.
I have a few of these at home and also ended up ordering a few dozen of these for setting up a mid sized office as I liked them so much. They're simple and solid, and have supported every monitor I've mounted on them. You'll probably need to play with the tightness of the hinges and arm spring a little to get the ideal movement, and this changes based on the weight of your monitor(s), but it's relatively straight forward. You can also detach and reattach the bottom part of the clamp when installing by undoing a couple of bolts. I've used this feature to install a few monitor clamps when clearance at the back of the desk is limited and I wouldn't have otherwise been able to get the clamp around it. Have also used this ability to mount a few monitor arms directly through the circle holes some desks have in place for routing cables.Only con I've found is that when lifting the arm off the stand the little plastic cap on the end of the pole likes to pop off and run away, but it pops back in easy if you don't lose track of it and not really a big deal, you could likely glue this if it bothers you.I have also tried out the the double jointed arm version and the dual monitor arm version (two monitors on the one stand, with double jointed arms) of these stands. I found that the former (double jointed arm) does offer a bit more manoeuvrability, but didn't seem that useful unless you have a non optimal place to clamp or a very deep desk you need to extend over (since it can stick out further). And the latter (dual monitor arm version) was quite difficult to get monitors lined up next to each other at an optimal distance from the edge of the desk (as you line them up partly moving them backwards/forwards). In the end I found it was better to just get multiples of this single arm version if you have more than one monitor to support (and suitable clamping positions), since you can place them exactly where you want.

Great stand, but be warned the dual gas/spring version won't fit properly flat-up against the wall.
Even though I'm sending this item back, I'm giving it 5 stars. Unfortunately, it didn't fit where it was intended to be used which I think should be made clear before buying. The item itself is excellent though. Really sturdy, well-made, looks fantastic, and does a great job in holding your monitors. However, I bought the sprung version (DM552 - virtually the same as the gas version), and unfortunately, it doesn't work if your desk is up against the wall, simply due to the geometry of the arms. In order to have the monitors at a comfortable viewing distance, the arms need to be rotated back, behind the main mounting column, which is obviously impossible when flat up against a wall.I'm disappointed not to be able to enjoy this great product, but as I said, this doesn't take away from how great it is.Might want to update the description though Duronic!:D

Doesn't really work if your desk is up against a wall.
Why oh why didn't I read some of the reviews ... others have pointed out that if your desk is against a wall, you don't have the space behind the desk needed to accommodate the angled arms. So you end up with the monitors much closer than you might want, or much further apart. I think this limitation should probably be included in the extensive description and photos.Although build quality is generally excellent, I have another significant gripe. The grub screw that is supposed to tighten the central collar, simply doesn't work. It is therefore almost impossible to move a screen without the opposite screen also moving. You need to try to hold one in place while wrestling with the other. The DM554 model ain't cheap, and I think in the end, I would have been as well with one of the cheaper models.

Very solid, great device - check width of thick desktops or modification needed.
Great device, however, would be awesome if an optional clamp (off hand I don't think this is available) with a larger maximum height was available as my desk (old style desk) worktop is around 14 cm thick.I resolved this problem by buying a metal strip from a DIY store of same material and strength as the clamp. I drilled holes in the metal strip and used this to extend the clamp by bolting it to the two parts which make up the clamp. The clamp was easily separated into the two parts to achieve this by removing the two screws with an allen key. The clamp then attached as to the desk as normal. Very solid attachment with and without the extension. The only other modification was I stuck a shaped piece of cork to the top face of the clamp to protect the wooden worktop of the desk. This I guess would not be needed on a modern office desk.Modifications to the clamp aside the the device is extremely easy to setup and amazingly solid and well designed. So very happy with the purchase.
