Bought this item and arrived quickly and the etched image in the crystal is quite nice. However, the gift box it was in was torn up and under the etching in the crystal was the word "BELLA".??? I did not ask for any words or additional comments to be added to the crystal.

I bought this as a gift for my parents. It’s a bit larger than my palm and for the cost it is such great quality. The product came right on time and was packaged well. The lights work perfect and the little wooden stand it sits on is perfect. I wish there was like a little piece of wood or a stopper to keep the crystal in place over the light so it doesn’t fall, but since it’s just sitting on a nightstand it doesn’t move so it’s good. Overall I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to capture a picture and give a bit more life. 10/10 would buy again.
