For some reason it won't allow you to just set a timer once you have the oven going. It forces you to go through a convoluted setup each time so that as soon as the oven hits the proper temperature, the timer starts. You have to be sitting there watching the oven temp so that you can throw your food in at the exact time. Not a huge pain, but just funny how they designed it.Other than that it heats up super fast and is very consistent when baking/roasting. It could be better at broiling in my opinion. The stove top is nice and we love the burner layout and controls on that part. You'll want topurchase a ceramic top cleaner because it will mark up, but cleans nicely.It looks great, that's for sure!

Id like to start with, i have been searching for a pro style elec. range for a while now. This one is AMAZING!!! I looked at all brands bosch, jennaire Kitchenaid, and all other high end ranges...I have to say, this range is just as nice as the viking at a fraction of the cost...MUST BUY! it has all the bells and whistles>>>BUY NOW!!!

terrible company. it is impossible to resolve any issue. warranty is not supported. do not pay for repairs performed during the warranty period. Spare parts are shipped within six months. I don't recommend it.

What I liked was the stove itself - which is beautiful, matched the kitchen decor perfectly, and works as it should. What I don't like is the delivery. They told us we needed to sign for delivered item and told us they could arrive at any time on a specific work day between 8-8pm, which required me to take the day off work. Then they were a no show and provided no information whatsoever. The delivery provider they used was unreachable. A week later the dropped it off with no warning - luckily I was home. I signed for it but when I opened it the inside crate was damaged. Luckily the stove wasn't.

We got this and it came nice and secure. It is very heavy. I like the controls. It looks very sleek and modern. So far we’ve tried to cook two pizzas together like we used to in our old oven, but it didn’t cook the bottom very well. So next time will just have to cook one pizza at a time. so far we’ve made eggs and I think with every oven there’s a trial and error learning how your oven controls work best with your cooking. So far we’re impressed and liking it.

Perfect in many ways

What i like: how it looks. What i don't like: it doesn't work consistently. Yes, they are sending repair person because oven cooling fan does not turn off (requires going to breaker box to reset) but 3 out of 4 burners burn food, 1 does not and they offered me a "science behind it" lesson on what to expect from an electric range (my 40 years experience using other brands was apparently my imagination) ... in any case, their "science behind it" lesson failed to explain why 1 burner does not burn food on the lowest setting and the other 3 do burn food on the lowest setting. Very disappointed and disappointed in myself for not knowing better than to stay away from this brand and not paying heed to other reviews advising against.
