Teeth don't get clean
I use a water pick and floss before brushing my teeth. the instructions were inadequate. I brush for abouttwo minutes that was good with my other electric toothbrush and my husband gave me a new one and I threw this one out.

Satisfactory refills for the TLOVII
I waited for a lower priced version of this refill and what I got was satisfactory. The refills are slightly smaller than the originals but work just fine. They have a round hole that fits tightly on to the flat ended rod on the base unit, just like the original equipment.

Gets the job done. Could be worth the price if resuable plastic case to cover bristles was included
This product worked exactly as it was intended, and fit the electric toothbrush that it was intended for very well. It is exactly like the original head that came with the toothbrush. The only reason I docked a point was because it didn't come with an extra plastic casing to protect the bristles from getting contaminated or dirty. I expected it for the price we paid, but it's okay. The bristles seem to last long too!
