This book is great. My daughter loves that book. Beautiful illustrations and easy to read. Would recommend it to anyone

My 5 year old daughter loved listening to this book and seeing the beautiful illustrations. Great option for introducing young readers to classics with the artwork to keep them engaged.

I couldn't believe how quickly my order arrived. And it (a children's book) arrived in excellent condition, as advertised.

Having read the original Heidi book....the full story...I really wanted to share it with my Granddaughter. I wanted a version that would include pictures. The physical book is beautiful with a nice dust jacket and a beautiful cover and a nice touch with a ribbon book mark. However...I was disappointed with how the writer of this version left out the Grandmama ( Clara's Grandmother) reading the Good Shepard book with bible stories and how she encouraged Heidi to pray and introduced her Jesus through the special book she gave her. Time with the Grandmama was so special and comforting for Heidi. So much of the special meaning of this story is left out, it truly makes me sad and want to seek out another version. As far as pictures...the book is nice...but the story is altered too much for me and is a great disappointment.

We have the audiobook so I wanted to give my 5 y/o daughter a little intro first and these are perfect!!

The edition is just beautiful, from the cover to the last page. A real treat of a book. Very happy with it.

The story of innocence and purity spelled out in the wonderful story of a little girl who met with love in her grandpa and her goatherd friend. I trust that my great grand daughter will grow to remember this lovely piece of classic work.

The book is even better than I had expected. The paper is thick and sleek, the illustrations are really pretty and the overall quality is all I could have asked for - great value for money. I'm so glad I went for it. I would consider it a brilliant gift for a child. Very happy with the purchase.
