I really want to like this bag. I seems to be sturdy. Unfortunately, we purchased this bag because all my 13y old daughters catching gear no longer fit in her Louisville Slugger bag. With the dimensions listed, I thought this bag was larger. It is not. She has her shin guards, chest protector, two helmets, three mitts, two hats, and cleats. There are plenty of pockets for smaller items. We have to be very strategic in how we pack this bag in order to be able to zip it shut. It’s just too small for an adultsized catcher.

Although the style is functional and practical, it lacked durability for me. As illustrated in the photo, the zipper broke on it’s very first trip. I repaired it, but it broke again on the way home. It is a real shame because it is really a well designed bag…. But for the price, it really should be a lot more durable.

This bag is well made with good material and strong zippers. Only negatives I can see are the mesh pouch on the bottom is already fraying (bag is only a month old), and they should have put a strap or handle on the bottom so you can lift it into the trunk of your car (holding the bag at the top and bottom). Other than that, its a pretty solid bag.

Great bag. This is the 2nd I have bought. One for each kid catching at the high school level. Hold everything they need.

We ordered this Boombah bag for our 9U softball catcher and it has everything she needs to pack and carry her gear. It looks great and is built to last for years.

With good planning you can haul all catcher's gear plus bats and a regular helmet and glove. Use the side pockets for bats and leg protection plates.

Bag has lots of storage space. Only drawback is that bats are accessed on the bottom of the bag instead of from a compartment on the lower portion on the side of the bag. Not horrible but more of an inconvenience compared to accessing bats in other bags.
