Finally tackled the peeling stain and grime beneath our rental’s sink—prompted in part by past U-trap leaks. This liner has been a solid upgrade, delivering both peace of mind and solid performance. Key Strengths: - Durability: The synthetic felt and backing show no signs of fraying. Confident this will hold up for at least 2–3 years. Has not wrinkled after 3 months. - Water Protection: The impermeable layer effectively blocks leaks from seeping through. While it dries slowly, it does prevent subfloor moisture damage. - Cut-to-Fit: Easy to trim with a box cutter or textile shears. A printed grid would help with precise fitting but isn’t essential. Limitations: - Best for enclosed areas—this isn’t designed for aesthetics, so avoid using it in visible or high-traffic zones (though it could honestly be a trunk liner if large enough). Use as a shelf liner is excellent. - While it handles occasional leaks well, long-term exposure to standing water may test its limits. I won't experience that, but worth considering. Verdict: A reliable, cost-effective solution for safeguarding cabinets. Not flashy, but highly functional—worth it if you want to keep moisture and mold at bay.

We'd just finished a 'kitchen refresh' and this is one of the very last items to do before we can re-stock the kitchen. It had been a long afternoon of cutting and installing many shelf liners and I'd gotten crazy good (and over-confident) by the time I got to this one. We had all our gear out: T-squares, cutting boards, x-acto knives, good scissors and 4 types of measuring tools. I can't believe I messed up and cut this last item 1" too short on one side! I spliced the piece back on with packing tape on the back and re-cut it to the proper dimension. Worked like a charm. The inside of our cabinets are painted white so we ordered the light gray. Once all the cleaners, soaps, bucket and bottles were re-stocked it looked great. And it feels nicer to put something on a soft surface and slide it back or pull it forward. Also it deadens the sound of dragging items around under there. Sure there are some creases from it arriving folded but hey, it's not like I need it to be photoshoot ready. I'm positive with time, and weight, those creases will be flattened. I know there were some comments about being lightweight but I would argue that it's the perfect weight to be malleable, cut easily with scissors and quickly removable should you have a serious leak.

Wish I would have known about this product before my kitchen sink started leaking. Fixed the leak and bought this product just in case for the future. Ordered the size closest to my dimensions and it was super easy to trim and fits like a glove. Also looks very nice once installed. Gave it four stars because, fortunately, nothing has leaked on it yet. We'll see...

Prettier in person and easy to manage / cut

Easy to cut. It protects the bottom of the sink cabinet. It has some acoustic properties so it can be used in a utensil drawer.

Works great under the kitchen sink! The sizing was just a little too big, but the material is easy to cut and make small adjustments to. I was replacing my old one because I had a huge leak under the sink. The old one only covered half of the space and and that part was totally dry underneath. The waterproofing really works! It stays in place and has just enough cushioning that products stay upright. The price is reasonable.

This mat was ordered as I pipes at floor level and I irregularity . I was able to cover and was enough to 2 inches up the wall. For an old sink world this product is the only way I can see a way to water proof the floor under my sink! They always show rigid mats with nothing at base level. And nothing under the counter! If you live in my world its the only way upgrade water or spill?

Under the kitchen sink is not the brightest place to stove stuff. This adds a nice touch it softens up and brightens it up a little bit. It helps things stay more in place too. It’s a nice product. I just think it’s a visually much more appealing.
