Good quality . Relatively easy to put my pet in , plenty of storage .even though I am returning the item as I have a dachshund so are choosing the upgrade with 2 lumbar straps .

The measurements indicated I needed small size for my dog. In reality, it was far too small. Medium size is just right. It needs a waist strap, not just a chest strap. I have designed and fitted my own. This is why I have given just 4 stars rather than 5 I do like the feel of the sack on my bag. Dog is secure and appears to be contented. The pockets are a good useful size for carrying important bits & pieces, like poo bags, water & phone, which I can reach whilst the sack is on my back. First ( too small ) pack came in blue, but the medium one is red which is a much better colour. Not bright red, a very nice sophisticated red.

My dog has recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, I take this everywhere with me. When she has had enough I put her in the rucksack. She loves it, can look around and enjoy being out and about with me. Easy to get her in it and not heavy or uncomfortable for me or the dog. Absolute godsend 👍

Quality and build was very good. But was suppose to be able to fit my pug. However it was too small… so you will need to buy lategwr size.

I bought this product in order to take my dog out on bike rides, the first time I used it the elastic that pulls together the front pocket detached itself, this was annoying but didn't really affect the use of the bag, so I continued using it. My dog happily went into the bag, and although she was a little small and I had to pad the bottom out with a blanket, she enjoyed riding around with me. She didn't try to jump out and she was safe and secure in the bag. Unfortunately the second time I used the bag the top clip strap that essentially holds the dog in the bag snapped, rendering the product effectively useless and unsafe. It's such a shame as this product really has promise and if it wasn't poorly made it would be the perfect solution.

Great for early puppy socialisation before they are fully vaccinated. I got size medium for my 9 week old 6.8kg golden retriever puppy. Suspect I will only get 2/3 weeks use out of this as she is growing rapidly but I was happy to pay the price to get her socialised whilst not being able to go outside. She seemed very comfortable in there but I would only suggest short walks as I imagine they can get cramped after some time. Lots of buckles and clips to secure them and a lead to attach to their collar for extra assurance. Does the job!

Good value for money on this. We use it to tote our pup about on cycle rides and hikes. The bag is just the right size for a 4-6 month border collie. She was 6kg and now weighs 9.5kg, (we have the M)... It was difficult to train her to use it to start with, as getting them in can be quite complicated, even with the long zip you have to keep their back legs folded to zip and clip up. Make absolutely sure you have the front legs through the correct slots and the collar clipped on or they can push themselves out! However, once secured, it's pretty safe and she doesn't seem to be able to wriggle out even when she sees a passing bike. The side pockets are pretty useful for keeping balls/treats/water, and the main pocket is okay for a lead or something think and not too bulky, but it begins to eat into the dogs sitting space if you fill it too much. Good ventilation from the sides so she doesn't seem to get too warm in the sun, but she does get chilly when it's very cold. Only complaint is that there isn't very much support for the dog or the carrier, so we keep our trips to 30 minutes or so, before we let her out the bag for a short break. Might be better with a lighter/smaller dog, but 10kg is enough weight training for me...

I bought this backpack as I have a 17.5kg staffy who is very firmly in retirement- he wants to be on walks but can’t keep up. I was skeptical about whether the bag would be strong enough- it really really is. And he enjoys being in it too. I bought the XL so plenty of space. The only issue is getting him on my back once in the bag- but that’s our problem. Overall this bag is fantastic especially as buying anything for a medium-large breed is so hard!

J'ai tout d'abord commandé un L pour mon berger australien miniature en suivant les indications de tailles. Au final le sac était légèrement trop petit, et mon chien tout boudiné et serré dedans. Lorsque j'ai contacté le vendeur pour faire un retour, j'ai eu un contact très rapide avec eux et ils m'ont renvoyé directement un XL. Le sac est parfait, je ne l'ai pas encore essayé mais ça a l'air solide, le design est très beau et mon chien a l'air à l'aise dedans. A voir sur la durée. Mais pour l'instant c'est un sans faute, autant par rapport au produit, qu'au service client. Vous méritez les 5 étoiles.

Meine 15 kg Hündin ist mir zu schwer für den Rucksack. Bei 6 kg bestimmt super.

Cercavo uno zaino per la mia cagnolina di 17kg ma tozza e trovavo solo roba per cani di taglia piccola, alla fine mi sono fidato di questo Woolala che dovrebbe sopportare fino a 30kg! Preso taglia XL e devo dire che è resistente e anche relativamente comodo sia per il cane che per me. Misure del cane Back lenth 43cm, bust 65cm, neck 40cm, 17kg

Esta bien, excepto que su forma dificulta poder meter a la mascota dentro.
