Uses non-standard power plug
Who in the world decided to use a 5.5x2.5mm power plug on this thing? Every adapter in the civilized world uses 5.5x2.1mm, but LinkSprite decided to either be cheap (they got a shipment of non-standard adapters cheap) or special. Either way, it generally means either buying (and waiting for) a special power supply, or desoldering the power port and soldering the power supply straight to the PCB. Either solution sucks.Beyond that, the normal reviews apply: built in software is absolute crap, but takes ESPHome or Tasmota with no problems. Decent build quality (well labeled pins, solid relays) aside from that GOD AWFUL power socket (seriously, LinkSprite, FIX THAT).I could see a need for another 4 or 5 of these, but not if I need to solder a power supply to every board. They're great for outdoor LV lighting (with a waterproof box), christmas lights, irrigation, etc.

I'm very happy and excited about this device
I have been using it now for a day or two. It took some fiddling to flash it with my own .ino. There are a bunch of copy/pasted tutorials online showing how to do it. I never tried connecting directly to it or downloading the app, so I can't comment on the software portion of this device. I was only interested in burning code to it myself.I do wish they had broken out more pins for sensors, etc. You could solder some on yourself, since the terminals on the 12 are exposed. It's good value as well. You couldn't buy the parts individually for this price and the time and energy saved in the wiring and commercialization of the form factor are enormous.I will be buying many more of these.

Need a power adapter: 5.5x2.5mm 5v 2A tip-positive
Once I found a power adapter (5.5x2.5mm 5v 2A tip-positive), this thing is pretty neat. I'm working on reprogramming it so it doesn't need the cloud, but it worked out of the box.More to come!

Outstanding
You can't beat 4 relays mounted on a board with an ESP8266 chip for this price. As others have said, the onboard software is garbage. I flashed it with Tasmota and seamlessly integrated it into Home Assistant to control my irrigation.

Board works with tasmota, the third relay will toggle on boot regardless of programming
Overall the board works well. The included standoffs are easy to work with and it was easy to flash the board with tasmota. The power jack is an odd size for 5V supplies. The big downside of this board is the 3rd relay on the board chatters on power up. it pulls high on boot and i've tried a number of things and can't stop the 3rd relay from bouncing on startup.
