I needed to replace two camping chairs who only made it through maybe 6 uses (and long stretches in a hot garage in between) before one or more of the hard plastic connectors failed. Ironically, they both failed at the same time which lead me to believe the heat may have played a role. They failed in June so luckily enough stores still had them in stock. In Florida we use them year round but the stores only stock them during the spring and early summer months. I was again looking for high quality, and stores like Lowes, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, just did not have the quality I was looking for in a chair. Again I went to Amazon to find a high quality replacement. Within minutes I can across these chairs and they appeared to be what I was looking for in a camping chair (along with some added features like extra padding and lumbar support). They came in a pack of 2 (just what I needed) so I ordered them. They are touted as Heavy Duty and they are and as a result they slightly bigger and heavier to carry. They do give you a nice carrying/protective cover with a sling strap so you can put them over your shoulder and take them anywhere. The padding and lumber support are great and make them very comfortable to sit in for long periods, They come with a cup holder and side bag for reading materials, phone, etc. They are exactly as I had expected and have everything I wanted and more. I have only had them 4 months so although they are holding up nicely with use my concern of how the hard plastic connections will hold up over time when stored in hot garage is yet to be answered.

The folding chair is very sturdy and strong enough for my 230 pounds. It is a little bit heavier than other folding chairs. I think it is about 14 pounds compared to other chairs at about 10 pounds . Pretty comfortable and just about what I needed.

I searched long and hard for a chair. I'm a plus-sized person who teeters around the max weight limit for most chairs, so I was thrilled to find this one and that it look like it would be a comfortable chair for relaxing outside. I haven't found the right amount of "stuffing" for the head pillow pocket. When you shove the bag in there as directed it feels weird.I was super excited about the lumbar support which allowed me to go from working outside at a table to lounging by the fire in one small adjustment. Unfortunately, after about 5-6 days of use the clip that allowed the tightening and loosening of the lumbar support snapped. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the rest of chair holds up better than that small piece.A good chair, with the disappointment of shoddy clips. I'm now on the hunt to figure out a fix for the support that doesn't involve replacing a fairly expensive chair.

I am writing my review while sitting in this chair. I get bouts of sciatica and every chair I own tends to aggravate it. I needed something for outdoor travel/use, so I specifically sought out and purchased this chair because of its lumbar support. Make no mistake, this is a heavy-duty chair (rated to 353 lbs.), both wide and sturdy for even the most robust of individuals, and so it does not compactly fold nor is it ideal for long treks away from the car or camper. I am half that weight but it still fits me very comfortably.However, it is very comfortable and provides the lumbar support it claims, the padded backing being sewn to the frame in such a way to assist the back in staying straight. It also has an adjustable lumbar backstrap for personalized use. I can sit in it for 30 minutes without having to readjust. It is also easy to fold and unfold, and so ideal for throwing into my pickup and setting up at my work site during break-time. I also use it on my porch at home, so I can sit while enjoying the sunset. The cupholder, small insulated pocket, and headrest storage area (stick a pillow in it) are real bonuses. I highly recommend this chair and would purchase it again.

This chair is awesome. I’m tall (5’11) and not a tiny girl, and this chair feels supportive and so comfortable. The bag goes in the head part of the chair and almost creates a little pillow/cushion. The back is tall on my so I can lead my head back and rest in it. There is a cup holder and a little zipper compartment to hold a can/keep it cool or just store items if needed. I’m really pleased with this chair.

Love love love this chair! Very smart design and storage options. Cooler does fit 3 cans and zips up smoothly. The storage space at the top of the chair (the pillow where your head can rest) is the perfect spot to store the chair bag so it doesn't fly away or get crud all over it from the ground. My absolute favorite thing on this chair is the adjustable back support! It makes it so comfortable to sit in. You can tighten it while your sitting in the chair, but Ive had to stand up if I want loosen it. The only real issue I have with this chair is when its time to put it back in the bag. Its a very tight fit and can take a little extra time. I found it works best to get the feet of the chair all the way to the bottom of the bag and then work the bag up the sides. It does take a bit more focus than any of the previous chairs Ive owned. The chair is a bit heavier than the average, but not unreliable in my opinion. I would recommend, exspecaly it you need a little back support!

Love the chair! It’s heavy duty construction just like it says on the website. It fit in my car ok. And now I’m ready to sit out the long lines at the grocery stores. No more standing in line! This chair is not just for camping! It works anywhere that you don’t want to stand up for long periods of time. Highly recommend!Update: 31 March 2020- beautiful chair! I’m in it now. This is my first time using it and it came in handy to sit in the long line at the grocery store waiting to get in. I see some people have chairs, but there’s still a lot of people who don’t have a chair. And certainly not like this chair! This chair is very, very comfortable. Love it!
