Hard to find
Our home has a few of these low profile and rather odd light fixtures. I assume they are energy efficient and the brightness is sufficient for where they are used. They are not an easy replacement to find due to the low profile. Original lasted 6 years, replacement remains to be seen.

Mine lasted about a year in the kitchen.
My old light bulbs lasted at least 10 years or more turning them off and on almost everyday.These new bulbs are not long lasting apparently! Very expensive because I had not counted on replacing them every year. GAK!

Unusual Light Bulb
Installed in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms closets. Cannot property assess the longevity of the bulb since it is a recent purchase. Replaced a similar bulb (different brand) that lasted 7+ years.

Just what we were looking for!
These odd little bulbs are in our crawl space. When on was broken we could not find them locally. They came quickly and are just what we wanted.

It fits perfectly.
It was not easy for me to find this particular style bulb as it is used in my crawl space with a protective cover which prevents bulb and scalp damage if contact is made with the bulb. When the 4 pack of bulbs was delivered I was excited to change the two burned out bulbs right away. The first bulb I tried was broken. The next two fit perfectly. Now I have one backup replacement bulb should I have another burn out. No complaint though as safety is paramount and that's what I've got again.
