You cannot download clips without paying Rs.300 per month per camera Imou protect subscription
its good camera but with an arm twist. if you need to save the clips from your SD card to your computer, you have to pay them first for a per cam per month subscription which is on auto renew. why?? other option would be to physically access the camera remove the micro SD card and then do it, but the cam could be at a different site or it could be ceiling mounted!

Very basic.
Easy to install and good picture quality. Over all technology is rather primitive and very basic. The iPhone app for Imou is nothing but basic. To do anything else than looking at the plain pictures, requires a subscription and that too quite expansive. I doubt I’ll buy it again.
