My husband absolutely loves this cooling fan!!!! It actually blows coool air for his terrible hot flashes he getsfrom his hormone therapy. It clips on table next to his chair and works great!!!! Highly recommend it.It's great!!!

Neither hate, nor love. Just a okay fan, though it’s very handy since it clips to the desk and easily moveable. But definitely not quiet, make an annoying buzzing noise. You can eventually drown the noise out but still somewhat annoying. And the higher the fan setting, the louder the noise the blades make.

I wanted a fan to clip on my monitor for my home office as it can get hot on warm days. There are three speeds and rarely do I need to use the highest speed. I could see how this may be good for portable use since one can power it off of a USB power bank. Though I am not sure how durable it is since it is plastic (like if one were to drop if accidentally).I found that if I connect it to the USB port on my monitor it will auto turn off when my monitor turns off such as when I step away from my computer after locking it. This is nice because it is not running and using energy while I am away. Of course the amount of energy this uses is so small but I'm the type of person that likes to conserve wherever I can. Of course the opposite is true. If you need it to be constantly on, be sure to connect it to a USB port that will always be powered.
