Informative and Interesting
This book was useful to me as I am writing about a wilderness therapy program in my fourth Sam Westin mystery. I am a great believer in unplugging and enjoying Nature as a mental health exercise for people of all ages. Review by the author of Endangered (A Sam Westin Mystery Book 1)

Great stories and perspective.
I bought this book for a psychology paper. It lacked good evidence but what it did show was much more. The most in-depth first person coverage of wilderness therapy I've ever gotten my hands on. Great for any parent considerig wilderness therapy, or anyone working in related fields

Provides insight to the wilderness camp experience
My son is currently participating in wilderness camp. This book really helped us understand what he was going through in those first weeks. It also explains the philosophy behind the program.

Shouting II...
There should be a sequel called, " Shouting at the Sky II - Parents Who Wish Their Kids Hadn't Died in the Wild under the Care of Charlatans".
