KOHLER645121 K-11411-CP Bancroft 24-Inch Towel Bar, Polished Chrome

A++ quality. Very nice. I bought a set of bars for my bathroom. Measure carefully as the templates are off. These will last a lifetime. I was also able to get some of these "Buy used". They were pristine. It's hard to put a scratch on these, very heavy duty.

I had purchased this item in Vibrant Brushed Nickel 6 years ago when remodeling my master bath. Now that we are redoing the guest bath, I wanted the same fixture in polished chrome. However, I've had bad luck this time. On the first order, we got a box with intact Kohler seal, but the ends of the bar didn't fit right into the holders. Didn't think much of it because there's always the chance of getting a lemon. On reorder, we got a box that was ripped open at one end and missing the included anchors and screws to attach the bar to the wall. The bar was dented, and this was clearly a return that they had repackaged without even bothering to re-tape the box shut. Tried one more time after complaining to an Amazon representative on the phone, and received another Kohler box with a broken silver seal and containing a dented bar. Not sure if the last 2 came from the same distributor, but it appears that defective or damaged material is just getting sent back out to buyers in the hopes that someone will eventually keep the item. I ended up buying the item from Lowes.

i loved the look of this towel bar online and wasn't disappointed when it was delivered. it's very sturdy and looks beautiful once installed. a quality item.

It's stylish and it serves its purpose, but it does not feel as rugged as one might want for a bathroom when it will have the weight of two large bath towels. However, it matches with the toilet tissue holder and hand towel holder, and those (due to being smaller in size and not having to hold as heavy a load) are wonderful. Would have appreciated the cost being lower due to its quality.

Not a new item - seal was broken and pieces were thrown in the box.

At first I liked this towel bar. I bought the toilet paper holder too. It was installed professionally when we had our bathroom redone. Well over time the tiny screw underneath the two end pieces (which you need an Alan wrench to adjust) loosens which makes the bar fall to the floor. You can never get that screw tight enough and continually when someone pulls their towel up and off, the bar crashes to the ground. And now the same thing is happening with the toilet paper holder. I’m done with it. Ripped them both out and had to patch multiple holes and repaint. So make sure you really like it and keep a tiny Alan wrench nearby to keep tightening it over and over.

This rack is very attractive and sturdy. It holds an over sized bath towel without any problem. Easy to install.
