KOHLER Brockway™ Soap dish

I'm sure this will look great when installed but the frustration prior is ... well, frustrating. First the parts required for installation were not included. A phone call and they were sent a week later. The plumber said he didn't think they were the correct parts. A 35 minute phone call to find someone to speak to at Kohler ensued and they confirmed we had the right parts (I'm referring not to the faucets but the metal plates to hold the sink on the wall). Anyway after the plumber tried every possible configuration we called again .. and sure enough the wrong plates were sent. This has cost of expensive plumbers time and time on the phone. You must receive 2 64508 plates NOT 1 64508 and 1 64503.

I like this soap dish very much. Works well on my vintage kindergarten school now kitchen sink. I did use small rubber washers when I installed it so there would be a tight fit and no chance of rust or damage on the sink or the dish. Would be nice if there were 3 drain holes instead of 2 or possibly slightly larger - tend to drain too slowly thus allowing the soap residue to build up and clog the holes - but cleans quickly with a scrubbie sponge.

Biggest issue with this is that it's not very pretty. Be nice if they made a true chrome version with a better finish.

Sturdy & classic. This is a reclaimed sink from an older high school. Same dimensions as the Koehler Brockway sink. Only soap dishes that fit this sink. Pricey but worth it.

If you are going for a look this sink is great. Heavy, and hard to install and impossible to buy features for. Only a Soap holder.

Can't wait to have the Kohler sink and this soap dish in my newly vintage-inspired remodeled!

We sell vintage plumbing out of our store for the last 25 yrs. This was ordered to fit a vintage Kohler Trough sink. The holes line up...but this is an awful casting. The edges & chrome finish are @#it. It is one of the worst pieces I've ever seen from Kohler. Been to their cool museum in WI & I just can't believe they would be selling something made this crappy. I bought 2 because I needed them to sell a refurbished trough sink...but never again. WE have to re-machine both to make them work...15.00 would have been to much to pay let alone the 41.00 each I wasted!

This is a great addition to Kohler's Brockway sink. Too bad the corresponding faucets aren't chrome as well. Not a fan of mixed metals :(
