This neck cooling tube is AMAZING!!! It feels sooooooo good! Seriously this is a life changer for me. I have always been sensitive to the heat and have always run hotter than normal but it has gotten progressively worse with age and health issues. I have had fainting spells for 30 years & break out in prickly hot sweats right before every time so I've tried many ways to keep myself cooler. When I've felt a fainting spell coming on, I usually throw a cold, wet cloth on the back of my neck but obviously this isn't always convenient or feasible! And that usually stays cold for about 1 minute! I have a little gadget I wear on my wrist for hot flashes- it feels like an ice cube on my inner wrist- which is nice but it's only the inside of my wrist so it's very limited, working only on minor hot flashes or slight uncomfortability. But this amazing cooling tube is large enough to wrap around my neck, the best spot for cooling me down, comfortable to wear and STAYS FREEZING COLD for a VERY long time - minimum of 40min, usually over an hour - which is better than an ice pack! It's very convenient - not bulky at all, easy to wear, carry, store. It does not produce any condensation AT ALL - stays completely dry - and is very simple to use - no mess, freezes quickly, several different ways, does not need to be freezing temperature. I received it on my porch when it was 59 degrees out and upon opening the package, it was completely frozen. It felt cold but it didn't feel FROZEN to my hand but when I placed it around my neck, I couldn't believe how cold it was! It felt amazing!! It remained THAT cold consistently for over an hour! It only started to lose coldness after over an hour and felt almost room temp at an hour and half, which is incredible, seeing as how it wasn't even placed in the fridge/freezer at all and just arrived like that. I have to say I am really impressed with this and can't wait to use it at work now.

I love this product for short- term use, like cooking dinner inside, and it's a game changer for cooking dinner. I'd hoped to use it for blockwalking, but the ice melts in about an hour, so it isn't a good solution for a lengthy outdoor project. We live in Texas where it's extremely hot. Your climate may be less extreme, which might make it work better.

The reason I gave it a 4 star it's because.. it stated that it would last longer cold and it really doesn't. It gets warm pretty quick, it does get cold quick again after but ... I am using this while at work and I do not have time to wait to use it again and again. Which Is what I have to do at home. Therefore it's too pricey for the length of time you get to use it cold.

I like how you can form it to your neck. It’s well made but unfortunately it does not last long but does the job in cooling a over heated body down. I work in a dental office and needed something that wouldn’t stand out. I thought the price was a little high and because of that I would not buy it again. It does what I wanted but once the ice starts melting the affects fade

This works great! As it is not 32 degree cold like ice, it is comfortable next to the skin. I placed it in ice water for a few minutes and placed on my neck to give out meds. What a live saver! I ordered one for home too.

The collar is comfortable enough but in temperature of high 80’s it didn’t even stay frozen and cold enough to walk my dog for 20 minutes

Product froze fine and was comfortable around the neck but only stayed cold for about 20 minutes once applied

I gave it to my daughter, she absolutely loves it. Her air conditioner in her car was broken and she would put it around her neck while driving lol. Then she started wearing it around the house when doing housework, said it really kept her cool, lasts about an hour or so, doesn't drip, freezes fast. She said she wants to get another one so there's one in the freezer as one is being used. Great little idea

I was going to return this but then one morning while I was getting ready for work, I got really hot, I put it in the freezer and now, it’s always in there and a godsend.

I don’t know if this works when I ordered it I thought it was a two pack the way it was advertised. So when I got it and only got one I sent it back.
