I am currently caring for my 92 year old father who has colon cancer. We can go through 50-90 diapers a week with chronic diarrhea and incontinence. He needs great fit, absorbency and high quality materials to wick away any matter that might cause sores or diaper rash. We tried a number of brands, and originally purchased ATTENDS in L/XL. These worked well, but at 120 pounds he ideally needed a smaller fit. These are by far THE best adult diapers we've tried. The pad is comfortable for him and doesn't bunch up or sag. The tiny elastic thread on each side of the padding insures a snug fit in-between the legs. The pad tapers in the back to the band. But what I love as the care giver is the ease of the velcro-like flaps that can be easily readjusted and reused; far superior to the sticky tape tabs.

Using these for our 101yr mother who is bedfast and incontinent. These are the cheapest diaper that works. You can find cheaper diapers , but they do not hold up well, tear, or not as absorbent. These diapers stretch and seem comfortable. They compare to Tena, which are about the same price and qualityWe are using about 100 diapers every 2 weeks , so quality, price and absorbency are very important.

Bought for the strip closures and a higher quality disposable adult diaper than Medicaid will supply for free. User has a catheter and diaper is used as a poop catcher only so I have no idea how well they absorb urine.

The side tabs have changed to smaller size. Not as secure as it used to be with the bigger side tabs.The fit is not as good.

Incontience

I was buying the Attends advanced, but I thought I would try these. I like the Attends Advanced much better than these. These are harder to get on plus I don't think they absorb as much. So, I will be going back to the Attends Advanced for my next purchase. They are both good, but I like one better than the other.

I use at night with a pad on it works great no leaks

Do not wear overnight, you will wake up in a puddle of urine. They fit very well but as soon as you go to the restroom, they leak. There's no absorbency and as soon as they become wet, they start to fall apart in the back before you can even get them changed. Not worth the money!

This item easily leaks. It's very frustrating. My mom needs a diaper that's very strong absorbent for incontinent.

We purchased this product for my dad who is 240 pounds, wheelchair dependent and incontinent. The nursing home where he is staying said he needed something more absorbent than the usual drugstore brands. They are very happy with these and say these do the trick! Highly recommend.
