Came with the plastic casing sliced open, luckily enough there were no marks on the socket facing. Also a small bit more bulky on the back of the socket, says that it fits a 25mm back box but to comfortably get it on its more of a 35mm back box you will need.

Very good dimmer switch, sorted out the flickering issue that my outgoing dimmer switch kept doing and instant light unlike my outgoing switch, the only thing I wish it could’ve had is a bit more resistance when adjusting the brightness as it does move at the slightest touch.

Arrived next day and well packaged with instructions. These are very good electrical fittings that we have now used all over the house.Definitely recommend them.

Love the look and have this range throughout my house. Bought this as a replacement for a switch that broke. Unless your wall is perfectly level they can sometimes sit a bit funny, due to how they attach. Would still recommend though as they look fab

I have two of these and have now ordered a further six. They look good and are easy to install. However, the only small quibble is that the snap-on cover doesn't fit back on perfectly flat when mounted on a wall. It's very minor and I wouldn't say this should stop anyone from going with these.
