Can I use in pulsar 150cc

I fitted it on a RE Classic-500 - it works well. I think it should work on your Pulsar but not certain.

Is it compatible with Hero Honda HUNK (2010)?

It works well on a RE Classic 500 bike. I do not know about Hero-Honda Hunk. My guess is that the mechanism will function but I am not sure. Ask a roadside mechanic.
