I started this product about a year ago but got off track and at the time was only taking 1 capsule. Recently since I have been taking some time off from my stressful job, I was looking around my medicine cabinet and came back across the Holy basil and decided to try again. I no longer had access to my anxiety meds and this time I began with taking 3 like the bottle said. I don't know why I was only taking 1 capsule before. But in the last few weeks, I have noticed a difference and I feel like I don't have to go back to my anxiety meds. This has changed my life. not only does Caldane Holy Basil help relieve my anxiety and stress, but with added ginger it is good for digestion, for my gut. and thus for immunity - helping with immune influencing/detractors of stress, digestion. and it is easy to adjust your dose - from 1 to 3 capsules - for me 1 is working fine. i am so pleased it is organic - we need less stress on mother earth as well!

I suffer from anxiety and depression and have taken medication for this for about 10 years now. I read about the benefits of Holy Basil and decided to try. I also have digestion issues so I chose this one because of the Ginger included. I've only been taking this product for about a week and can already tell a huge difference in my anxiety. I feel much more calm and am able to think more clearly. Also, I've had way more energy than before. Usually, because of Fibromyalgia, I have to take a nap in the middle of the day and I haven't had to since taking this. Hopefully it will continue to work this well!
