Best Wiper Blades
I've used several brands of wiper blades over the years and I've found the Bosch ICON wiper blades to be the best by a large margin. I've used cheap and expensive blades. I've used the metal framed kind and the all rubber. These are the best. I used to own a Subaru WRX and these made an instant difference. They wiped my windshield clean each and every swipe, they were silent, and they had excellent life. I eventually traded that car in for my 2008 Honda Civic Si coupe, and it came with all rubber Honda wipers. They were okay but not nearly as good as the Bosch ICON blades. When it came time for replacement, I had trouble finding any Bosch ICON blades that would fit. I purchased another brand of all rubber wipers and they were garbage. I couldn't believe that this was acceptable performance. I was lucky enough to come across these wipers on Amazon and I saw the reviews saying it would fit a Civic coupe. I took a leap of faith and ordered them. Not only do they fit perfectly, they have that same fantastic performance I remembered from when I had them on my Subaru. Bottom line, if you have a 8th generation Civic coupe (2006-2011), these will fit and they will perform great!

I can see clearly now...
My 1st Bosch Icon blade worked fine, but the next one wasn't clearing the window from day one. I suffered thru the ever-gummier smears anyway, cos I'm that cheap. When it became ridiculous, I tried a Rain-X beam model, same story. Did my 2001 Mazda Protege 2.0 ES (takes 21" driver, 19" passenger) suddenly develop a new windshield curve?! Now for 1/3 the price, I'm back to this old-fashioned reinforced wiper-contact design. Works perfectly, is less bulky than the beam blades, and still uses Bosch's one-step removal/installation, yay! If you've forgotten how to swap out your blade (and can't decipher the minuscule instruction insert) get your reminder from a YouTube video entitled "How to Replace Windshield Wipers on Your Car- Replacing Wiper Blades" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mOm2u9YqwA) to see just how simple it is. I'm so pleased. I may live in semi-desert San Diego, but my windshield gets slathered with airborne grime and bird feathers that swirl around in my carport and get glued there by the marine-layer mist. So daily windshield wiping is a such a blessing when it ACTUALLY WORKS.

quality is going down
We've been using these for years. They usually just fit in to the metal slot. Our most recent set did not. We had to force the wipers into place, and one of the plastic bits broke off. We've been replacing wipers for decades, and using this particular model for over five years. This is the first time we've experienced such a bad fit. (The old wipers came out and would go back in just fine, so it is not the metal blade holders failing.) We assume the problem is that these wipers, like most physical objects these days, are made in China and so subject to the usual quality variations. Let's hope the "manufacturer" cracks down on the various quality control issues before we need our next set of blades.

Frustrating installation
I like bosch. My problem with these wiper blades is the clips do not snap in. I ended up using my old clips in order to get these to work. It was very frustrating.

Work great initially on my 993, but they just don't seem to last long.
The nicest thing about buying these oem blades here on Amazon is the price savings. Forget comparing this pricing against the dealer's; anyone should be well aware of how much THOSE places will rake you for items such as these. (Hint: not all Porsche owners LIKE paying Porsche prices for replacement parts. I'd even say it's a safe bet that the vast MAJORITY of Porsche owners don't like paying Porsche prices for their replacement parts.) But buying these here is even a big savings over what my private mechanic charges. These blades were straightforward swaps of the last set that I had on the car and, when fresh out the box, operate most sweetly, providing silent operation and a streak-free sweep. The only problem is that in less than a couple or three weeks, the carefree operation is already going away. A bit of squawking noise is already coming back, though the windshield is still streak-clear, at least for now. My last mechanic-supplied and installed set performed much the same way, though that was at a different time of year (much hotter and more sun). This is from a car that's always garaged and not unduly punished by the elements when not in use. Still, if I have to buy an oem set, it still is better to buy here than suffer through a mechanic's handling markup. But I'd still rather get the sort of service performance I get from oem blades on my other, more common cars. Life with a Porsche...(sigh).

Very Satisfied
I found this pair of windshield wipers in the Warehouse Deals section of Amazon.com for ~$15. Besides saving me money, they were a perfect fit for my 2007 Honda Civic Coupe EX. I've had them on for a couple of months now and have had no problems whatsoever. In fact, they're actually better than the original Bosch wipers that were installed on the car when I first bought it! Definitely recommended, and would buy again.

BOSCH OEM WIPER BLADES FOR BMW E38 740 iL
I looked up the Bosch Wipers OEM for my BMW 740 iL and the local Auto Parts Store had them for over $120. I Verified the product OEM Part # and this was the same Bosch product for 1/2 of the price. I have ordered them and the arrived in two days :) I Installed the wipers on my BMW and they fit perfect and look good also. My BMW is looking brand NEW and in the rain they work excellent! Just ordered another rare item for my BMW and looking forward to making my car like Brand New! Thank You Amazon Mike Siedliski
