Maine yeh Havells trimmer kharida tha, lekin yeh defective nikla. Isme jo length settings (1–8) di gayi hain, woh bilkul kaam nahi karti — guard lagane ke baad bhi yeh 0 jaisa hi trim karta hai. Iska cap/comb bahut weak hai aur properly fit nahi hota, jiski wajah se trimming length control hi nahi hoti aur result bahut close aur uneven aata hai. Sabse badi problem yeh hai ki yeh item non-returnable hai, isliye replacement ya refund lena bhi mushkil ho gaya. Bilkul recommend nahi karta. Paise waste ho jayenge, kharidne se pehle soch lein.

as a mother, i ordered this for my 8yrs old kid, and it is really easy to use, good battery life, very safe for kids . becz of lockdown the main problem of kids is HAIRCUT, which was solved very easily with havels, value for money

Trimmer itself has worked well over the years. But its plastic attachments broke within a year.
